But one is dying, it is brown, and it needs to be replaced. When we told them about it, they said they don't guarantee the plants, and would not replace it. What gets me is that every plant place I have ever bought anything from guarantees their plants, I don't know if they were just too lazy to follow through or what. For the prices they charge, things should be perfect. If they won't guarantee their product, I will not hire them again.

If only the other three would have initially referred my phone call to Tyler to begin with. He was more knowledgeable about my account and could have easily rectified the situation instead of exasperating it.

We have pictures of the damage with the truck in the picture. We called TJ Bark Mulch while the delivery was in process to report the damage. We NEVER got a call back! We called 4 days after the delivery (since it was the Memorial Day Weekend we figured they were too busy to call). When we finally talked with them they said, "Good Luck trying to get any money out of us for the damages". Nicely done TJ Bark Mulch. You will get great press for this! NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!

This past weekend someone ran over our retaining wall pulling some of the blocks apart. I was so upset that I left a message on the voice mail on Sunday. We have not had them do any work for us since they put in the retaining wall several years ago since that was the last big project. Well Monday morning I got a call from Jim. He asked me what happened. I told him. He was working on a job but said he would come by sometime that morning or afternoon to take a look at the damage. He did and then called me in the afternoon. He pulled the rocks away and put the blocks back. He said he didn't have any glue with him but he would come back and do the another day. He knew how upset I was so he wanted to get it back to the way it was. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said nothing. He said he couldn't charge me for it. I got news for you, most people don't do work for nothing but Jim did. He fixed my wall and now it looks as beautiful as it ever did. Time is precious to all of us so when someone does something for me and doesn't charge me I want to tell the world. It is a shame that more people don't take time to say thank you. Their…read morefirst project was a clean up of my yard, removing outdated/dead shrubs, refreshing the mulch, trimming back hedges and a general clean up of my property. After that came the big project, Eric and his courteous & professional team installed a patio on my back yard. This was not just any patio, its a 700 square foot monster with a large retaining wall, curves, removal of part of my deck and about 6 pallets worth of pavers! On top of the planned material, my yard and the recent weather (thunderstorms) threw all sorts of challenges into the process but Eric and his team took every challenge and turned it into an asset which his planning and detail showed in the final product. Eric's attention to detail is obvious as he has an eye for every detail and thinks through every situation and outcome. He also refused to take any shortcuts throughout the entire process.
