But one is dying, it is brown, and it needs to be replaced. When we told them about it, they said they don't guarantee the plants, and would not replace it. What gets me is that every plant place I have ever bought anything from guarantees their plants, I don't know if they were just too lazy to follow through or what. For the prices they charge, things should be perfect. If they won't guarantee their product, I will not hire them again.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED my $600 that is owed to me! We did exactly what you asked and what was expected of us and if I do not receive my payment by FRIDAY you will be getting a certified letter in the mail I can either take you to court or put a mechanical lien on your home..There needs to be communication and I need to get paid. This is not a hobby this is a business." This is not a response that a business gives when we were the ones who tried to start the dialogue. We will pay their full quote, but let anyone who is looking for yard service know who NOT to use. They should think of their business as more of a hobby.
