After the re-tuning, Danette had what can only be described as an extremely unprofessional, unstable, crying, ranting episode. I understand being defensive when faced with personal or professional shortcomings. But, Danette made me very uncomfortable in my own home, having to contend with both substandard services as well as her erratic behavior.
