I was not sick or needed anything diagnosed, but I really liked her. I didn't have to wait forever to see her, and she was very friendly. She seemed to really listen to what i had to say and she seemed like she genuinely cared about me as her patient. When I scheduled my appointment I did ask if I could get a flu shot when I was there and the receptionist said yes, i'm not sure if that wasn't noted but I forgot to remind them when i was there and so I didn't get one. Which isn't a big deal, my insurance covered it at the pharmacy where i had to go anyway to get my prescription. I will not hesitate to make another appointment with her when that time comes up.

Dr. Matt is a very thorough and caring young man. He gives the BEST adjustments! I am a "hard adjust" so I have a great appreciation for his skills and his touch. I love his sense of humor and playfulness as I like to joke around a little when I get my adjustments. This is one of my ways of coping with difficult situations! While I shall miss Dr. Matt, I wish him all the best!

They answered all my questions no matter how dumb they were, (i.e. what can I eat or drink, and activities, specifically can I eat sushi and drink beer lol). There are tvs in each room to watch while you wait and during surgery. I was allowed to listen to my headphones, which added to my comfort and lowered my anxiety (maybe it was the gas), but either way it added to comfort level. Now to the brass tacks, all I requested was that I don't feel or hear anything. I got numbed up and didn't feel a thing after that, the novicaine was placed perfectly and the removal was painless. I didn't even feel the slightest pinch. By far best dental experience I have ever had. I found my new forever dentist. Thanks again :)

I felt very welcomed by everyone! Second, they take the extra mile and make sure that you're informed about a procedure before you make a decision. They got a quote on the spot from my insurance to see if I was eligible for X-rays before they took the X-rays. I only say this because I was not given this option at my previous dentist (whom shall remain nameless) which was a disappointment. Thirdly, they've got TVs on the ceilings, and the dental chairs are also MASSAGE CHAIRS!!! What?! It was amazing! I can't believe how awesome this place is; and I can't wait for my next appointment!

Treated me like they did not believe me, I told them it was happening every 15 min or so, and when I actually did have an emesis and was too weak to get out of the bed it ended up on the floor. The nurse walked in and said "oh what did you do here". Dhe the proceeded to leave, did not give me anything to use incase it happened again and left. It then happened a second time and this time the DR walked in and found it covered it with a towel, and finally gave me a bag to use. Told me I needed to swallow anti nausea meds and drink a whole glass of water and I'd be fine and I could leave. Well I instantly had another emesis after swallowing the pills. And they seemed confused. At this point I'm fading in and out of consciousness and nobody is helping me. Finally the Dr goes, are you thirsty? I agreed hardly able to shake my head yes. They FINALLY gave me an IV after like 2 hours and I believe added the anti nausea meds. As soon as that was finished I felt 75% better. I'm not a medical professional and I could have told you what I needed just from the initial check in based on symptoms and how long this had been going on but at the time could not verbalize it. Choose a different hospital if you can. 2 stars because I went in for abdominal pain and the on call ultrasound tech was very nice and professional.

The pharmacy associate kindly directed me to the clinic in same building. After filling out a bit of paperwork with the very efficient lady at the counter, I saw a nurse who then very quickly engaged Angie, a Physician's Assistant who checked out my symptoms and concluded that I did indeed need an antibiotic along with a couple pharmacy items to help relieve the symptoms -- all of which I was able to get at the convenient pharmacy. The whole process was quick and pleasant. What a terrific staff in both the clinic and pharmacy. Angie was very knowledgeable and thorough. I am feeling much better today thanks to everyone at the clinic and pharmacy. It would have been less timely, less convenient, in Texas. This is definitely a well-run clinic and pharmacy, and I am extremely grateful.
