As a family, we've had lots of things from Tyler Jenkins for special birthdays. I had a ring for both my 16th and 18th birthdays, brother had a ring for his 21st and mum just had a watch for her 50th. The service is always excellent, always willing to help and always find a way to get around any problems that may occur (such as my rings having to be resized to fit my very tiny fingers!) Mum had to take her watch back as it was too big. She was expecting just a few links to be taken out, little did we know that this watch came in different sizes (dad picked the more expensive one) so with no trouble at all, the watch was swapped for a smaller one and a credit note written for the left over fiver. Had a very bad experience at Tyler Jenkins. My boyfriend purchased a necklace from here for me for our first anniversary. The necklace did not fit so tried to return it for a refund which was not possible as they only allow returns for exchange or credit note. They did not have the item in a different size, nor did they have much of a selection in the same price range, everything was either £100+ more than the original necklace or a lot cheaper. I do not recommend this jewellery store. This almost ruined our anniversary. read more
