So much so, that following the repair I chose him to bring my 1990's house up to code by removing the required stucco around the ground level of the house and painting afterwards. Robert's employees were all EXACTLY like him:. FAST, PROFESSIONAL, AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. They repaired foundation flaws, answered dozens of my questions, and genuinely took pride in their work. Needless to say, it was more than evident in the final product!!! After the work was completed, Robert came back out, we inspected the house, he happily answered more questions, then wanted to make sure I was happy with his work.......I CERTAINLY AM!!!!! I referred Stucco by Marko to one of my customers where I had identified some stucco deficiencies. Marko gave them a proposal based on his own inspection for a little less than $10K for the repairs, everyone agreed that this was a responsible and affordable repair cost, and the proposal was used as a basis to go ahead and purchase the home. After closing on the home my customers paid Marko about a $5K deposit, but when Marko showed up to start the work, the scope of required work suddenly changed, as Marko decided that all of the stucco had to come off and the new price would be $50K! Any experienced builder can tell you that with very few exceptions +-20% is the max except able factor of error margin and most responsible contractors figure a reserve into their firm fixed proposals with the only changes usually due to change orders based on customer requests. However, a 500% increase is criminal behavior by any standard!

From the initial evaluation to the final jack being installed, the crew was extremely professional and proficient at their craft. Patrick, the crew foreman was excellent at explaining each task and going into detail eliminating any area of question or doubt. Alex and Dale were part of the Support crew of which neither stood idle and the job finished on time as promised thanks to their good work ethic. The Poly level crew Kalen and Jace were in and out so quickly, it seemed unreal, and hardly a trace of the holes drilled to apply expandable foam can be seen. Great Job! We had two buildings that were in need of foundation work. Two quotes accomplished between Shore Up Foundation Repair and one other competitor. The competition had a price tag that of 86% more in cost putting it well above $100,000 for repairs. No complaints about the other company other than the extremely high price. Shore Up Foundation Repair matched recommended repairs same as their competition without knowing that we had another quote. This provided some comfort knowing two professionals are pointing out almost verbatim the same areas of concern. The big difference is that Shore Up Foundation Repair did the job for a fraction of the cost requested by its competition. Overall, the crew was extremely professional, finished on time as promised, and the quality of work is excellent. The price was affordable and I would not hesitate to use them again.
