This company ruined our business, our house, and our lives for an entire year and extorted us for…read more$155,000 for terrible work. Way way WAY over charged for literal garbage work. On top of it all, we lost rental income for an entire year. That's our entire livelihood stolen. They run their business by charging based on time and then going 4 months over time. So they take as long as possible to extort you. The workers were sleeping in our beds, eating in our beds and staining our bedding and furniture, smoking weed and cigarettes all day, and drinking on the job. All witnessed and smelled by our neighbors. They cut three floor joists out of our top floor and dry walled right over it! which would have caved in our third floor! Imagine having your renters fall through the ceiling! They did not tighten the tension rods in the walls leaving our house susceptible to hurricanes, they notched the support beams in our exterior walls making them unstable, they created a condensation leak in our attic by not installing HVAC to the bathroom properly, they created 3 HUGE LEAKS in that brand new bathroom with the drain, the shower head, and the plumbing which were literally dumping water into the floor and walls and gaslit us about it for months saying there's no water pressure because it's bay county's fault. REALLY??? They held the plumbing together with silicone and improper fixtures. Then said "just paint over the mold! When the mold was INSIDE three levels of floors and walls! They never installed any nail guards and literally nailed into their own pipes they installed! All of these things in this whole review are major code violations! The bay county inspector we finally got to come out after the fact on our behalf was appalled by what he saw in our house. Beaches originally sent a guy out to fix the leak with black tar roofing caulk and tubes and tubes of caulk which completely caked up the drain and obviously is not how to fix a leak! Our house was full of mold top to bottom from everything they did. All three floors. ALL of the plumbing had to be torn out and redone from slab to top floor! I had to ruin people's vacations all year cancelling them because they were so slow, added time, and then ruined the house entirely. These people should not be allowed to set foot in another house. Very RUDE and blamed us throughout the entire project. Gaslighting and being just down right awful to us. They did a terrible job and ruined our business. Everything was their own fault. They choose to do bad work! They obviously charge a max amount over an insane delayed timeline then pay garbage people small amount of their profit to do garbage work! I've talked to many people in town familiar with the plumber and not one person had a nice thing to say. And they hired this guy! And to sue them is near impossible because it's impossible to get an engineer out to write up a report in a good old boys town where everyone is doing inside jobs for each other. And without an engineering report we have no case. And obviously their work passed inspection because of paying people off and kick backs. I never even saw the inspector enter the house on my ring camera. They obviously have a good ole boys hush money network down there. And they change their location once they get bad reviews to hide the reviews. Very shady. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!
