It seems like the corporation that runs…read moreit goes around looking for motorcycle shops in busy areas that are not doing well, buy them up, slap their corporate logo on everything, bump the prices up on everything they sell, and people just... accept it. Every Ride Now I have been in is there because it was an old shop that got bought out, and the building they are in always seems to have something off about it. This is the second one where the bathrooms are some of the oddest ones I have ever been in. I know of another store location where the bathrooms have literally been condemned and they have had to install a fancy porta-potty out in the parking lot for everyone to use. OK... aside from that, when I first pulled up to this store location, parking was fine though a bit cramped... not really a lot of parking available here. Walking up to the place, I first went down the line of used bikes that they have. Sadly nothing really popped out at me as being what I was looking for. Got to the end of the building, then went inside and worked my way through the new inventory. Again, nothing there that was what I was looking for. A lot of models that should have been there were missing, including manufacturer flagship models. Walked the entire way through the store, back out to the parking lot, and hopped back onto my bike. Didn't get a single approach from sales personnel asking if I was finding what I needed, or asking me what I was looking for. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Rode out of there sorely disappointed in the customer service of the place, along with the knowledge that there is really no need for me to return.

All this just for it to not be picked up by the tow or not even a simple update that is isnt happening? Horrible service all the way around. Will definitely pay the extra fee to get it to Debary River City Powersports instead for my diagnostic and full tune up!

In the first 5 months, the charger died so they made us buy another charger. They NEVER stated that the scooter's charger cannot be left on charge all day. So after leaving the charger on this bike that has LITERALLY 5 miles on it, the service tech, who was direct, unfriendly, and unhelpful, told me that the ECU was fried just because it was charged. SAL and Mauro were fantastic dudes they helped me troubleshoot the problem actually dropping what they were doing to help me out. I was surprised and impressed not only by their dealership but also by the way they actually took an interest in me and my problem. Turns out it was hard to track down but my Screamin Weazel CDI box had shit the bed in a big way these boys found me a new one and slapped that baby back together in no time now my bike runs about like the rest of the old Harleys and I'm back on the road. Can't say enough good things about these dudes they even gave me a micro brew beer while I waited... awesome spot arrived a stranger and left feeling like family highly recommend you check em out.
