Didn't seem to have interest in making a difficult time any easier. After that it went down hill. As we were signing we noticed that Tim had left my husbands name off the title documents. We brought it up multiple times during our signing and requested that they be fixed. Tim's reply was that they were correct and everything was fine. It clearly was not correct if we kept bringing it up. We left after the signing and received a phone call from the escrow company and Tim apologizing to us about the "misunderstanding." During that conversation Tim told us that they would pay for the correction since it was his fault for not fixing it. We have now tried to contact him several times to get our title documents fixed with no response. I would not recommend this company or Tim to get your home loan done it has been such a headache.
