After the procedure, I was billed by Two Rivers for over $3,000 after the insurance claim was processed. When asked, the office staff apologized and admitted that they made a "mistake." I could have delayed the procedure for a month or so and saved most of this under a new year's maximum benefit. More recently, my wife had some work done and again the final bill was hundreds of dollars more than their estimate - again their mistake. In neither case did they offer to negotiate a lower cost to offset their errors. I do not recommend Two Rivers.
