There was no open wound and very limited physical contact, HOWEVER, I watched a care giver put soap on her hand, hold it under running water until it was all gone, and then rub her hands together as if that was making them clean. Where do I even start.. I have been seeing chiropractors my whole life and have had some long…read morestanding, great doctors in every town I've lived in. Dr. Jeppe far and above exceeds them ALL! I split my time between Boise and McCall right now. I was in McCall working and I woke up on a Friday with what I thought was a pinched nerve or something and completely threw out my neck. So much so that I was completely immobile. Could walk, stand, sit, or lay flat without tremendous pain. I hardly moved in inch the entire day. It hurt to breathe! The chiropractors I would frequent were all in Boise and I had never seen a chiropractor in McCall. Everyone knows trying to get in same day on a Friday afternoon as a new patient is almost impossible anywhere. I was desperate. I went to Facebook and commented on a local classified page for anyone to help. Immediately, locals started flooding the comments about Dr. Jeppe. Samantha, the office manager (and I believe Dr. Jeppe's wife) contacted me directly and said they thought they could help me out. I coordinated with her to get new patient forms done via text and it was so easy. He came in after hours and saw me that night after they were locked up for the weekend. On top of that, he scheduled me to come in the next morning (Saturday - another day off!) to follow up and make sure we were still in a good spot. He spent time with muscle stim, ultrasound, spinal traction, massage gun, multiple adjustments and topped it off with a healthy dose of Biofreeze. I walked out of there about 50% better immediately, which is a HUGE upswing from the agony I was in. I could breathe, stand, walk, sit.. all with significantly less (but still intense) pain. The next morning I woke up SUPER sore, so I was nervous about the follow up. Same protocol, same care. I spent the whole day working on my feet and capable of all my daily responsibilities. Still sore, but with SO much more mobility. After that appointment he said while you might be feeling better in a few days, it's important for healing to be consistent for 2 weeks. I've had a couple follow ups since and I don't plan to miss. I've a McCall Chiropractic convert. Sorry for the long winded review, but this place and these folks are truly live saving. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Most chiropractors would not know what to do or didn't want to try anything. This doctor was very helpful and likes challenges like this one. The doctor quickly fit me in near the end of the day. To our surprise, they called back to let us know they could accommodate us that same evening! Andrea and Kristyn were great. From the moment we walked through their doors, service was quality and they were extremely attentive and friendly. They walked us through their procedure and gave us thorough instructions. The massage itself was amazing, targeting their attention on areas we mentioned were very tense from all the stress. They adjusted the pressure accordingly and made sure to communicate with us to make sure we were comfortable with the procedure. My upper back in particular had a few knots but they took care of those. We left that afternoon feeling quite refreshed and relaxed. Nothing but great things to say about this place. From being able to accommodate us with such short notice on a busy weekend, to making us feel relaxed through the amazing massages, highly recommend this establishment. I've had several different massage therapists work on this issue over the past year and none has been able to give me the relief that I felt after seeing Diana. She really loosened things up and found areas of tension that other therapists haven't worked on before. My range of motion and flexibility has been much increased. I felt immediate relief.
