URGENT CARE after my wife fell and hit her head. People were all very intent upon making sure she was okay for a 4 hour drive through Hells Canyon with no services. The single negative is a small one. There was no open wound and very limited physical contact, HOWEVER, I watched a care giver put soap on her hand, hold it under running water until it was all gone, and then rub her hands together as if that was making them clean. The bill you faster than they see you, they work with you on said bill, just about as fast. Can't keep one doctor because they are always too busy for you even if they were really amazing to you at one point and time. Not super friendly except the occasional friendly person! Glad to have doctors available but they really just do the "bare minimum" too help you and always just say "keep an eye on it and come back" read more

The maternity wing and OBS need to be seriously investigated and improved, the way I was treated and several other women I know, is absolutely unacceptable and so dehumanizing. The disrespect and lack of bedside manner along with the inability of these doctors to LISTEN to what we want and or what we are saying is absolutely outrageous. I will never step foot in the hospital again, what's the point of health care if they don't provide it. read more

I can't begin to tell you how painful the St Lukes experience was/is. If you are new to an area and you can go anywhere but a St Lukes hospital - DO IT! It took me 5 days to get an emergency mammogram and ultrasound scheduled. The only reason it didn't take longer is because I called every day, sometimes more than once, had my Dr refax the paperwork more than once, and finally the only way I was scheduled is I went to the actual hospital.....they called the same number I did and managed to get me scheduled. I show up at the appt and they tell me that I was not scheduled at the time they told me, but I was scheduled 3 hours later. Are you freaking kidding me. And now I am supposed to trust whatever results they give me........they can't get scheduling correct...... read more

I came in this morning from out of town for a nasty bronchitis. They got right to work. Paperwork was nothing and I was seen immediately. Doctors and nurses were very friendly and very smart. I felt completely taken care of. I would hope that I could always get this kind of personalized care. Well done St.Luke's Beautiful town btw. read more

St. Luke's is the reason that healthcare in this country has such a bad reputation. My daughter and I got the flu while on a ski vacation at Tamarack and unfortunately the only thing open in the area was St Lukes. We spent about 20 minutes waiting for a doctor and when he came in he spent abut 5 minutes telling us that we definitely had the flu but did no tests and gave us no medicine. We just received a bill for over $1200 after insurance for the visit, an amazing rip off. We will never use a St Luke's ever again and I suggest you never attend their if you are in central Idaho or any area they serve. read more

I rarely would dive into being happy about being in a hospital. However I really think this place deserves to be recognized. From the moment I came into the ER to being admitted and being in the main hospital, I have been treated like I'm a guest at a 5 star hotel. Doctors were methodical, listened, patient, and not In a hurry. The staff and nurses have been exactly the same and incredibly personable/friendly. They have gone out of their way to keep me as comfortable as possible and treat me like I was the only one that mattered. When was the last time you could say that about a hospital visit? This is a remarkable hospital and team. Thank you leeza, Laura, Rebecca, and dr. Lewis for the amazing care you've been providing me. It is truly appreciated. read more

Went here for a laceration, we didn't have to wait and were seen by the RN and Doc quickly. Great service and friendly staff.
