Yeah, you'll never speak to them again --they don't take your calls after that. There seems to be no one person who has any authority to make any changes to errors that they make, misinformation and tricky hidden fees are the norm. It is so frustrating and maddening. I never write bad reviews, but I just hope that someone reading this can avoid all that trouble. When I started running into this terrible service at Spaces I started reading reviews and I saw that this had happened over and over and over to other people. I just wish I had read those reviews in advance.

She was a blonde woman in the Park Tower Addition (upper-level) whose name I will not mention. I witnessed this woman yelling at and disrespecting business professionals who worked there on several occasions during the brief two visits I had taken to this building. My biggest issue with this type of behavior is that this woman is not simply making a bad impression for the towers, she is the first impression for many small businesses who lease space from there. Having someone who is rude, disrespectful, and outright aggressive in a highly visible position like that is simply reckless in my opinion.

Having lived in several tech hub cities, the co-working spaces I'm used to tend to have a high-tech focus with minimal decor. openHAUS wasn't like that at all but I really appreciated the difference. There's a lot of interesting art dotted throughout and it's got a lived-in feel with many in-progress projects out in the open. There are desks claimed and occupied by the stuff of regulars, but besides that you get your choice of a place to settle for the day. There's clean bathrooms nearby and a kitchen stocked with coffee and tea, and even ramen if you really didn't want to step out for food. I heard there was a dedicated parking lot though it wasn't obvious, but street parking was easy enough. I'm glad I tried this place and would come back. I was able to take calls and attend work meetings just fine out of here, and I was able to pop out for lunch and come back without worrying about my stuff getting touched. Finally, I was also a little surprised that someone came with their dog, a big boxer looking one, but it was generally well behaved and didn't come around again after getting to sniff me in the butt.
