The two packers were amazing- knowledgeable, fast, efficient, careful wrapping of everything! The next day the loaders came on time in blizzard like conditions and loaded all our belongings very carefully. The load arrived in Calgary as planned/promised with another combined crew from Saskatoon and Calgary who did the unloading with just the same caring, respectful approach. Between each trip lots of time was spent in the truck and by hour 5 I finally walked out to see the 2 guys just in there hanging out essentially taking their time. Began moving things in from the truck myself so it wouldn't cost me a small fortune and this entire thing was prefaced that I should tip them after they were finished. labled boxes were put in the wrong rooms just a lack professionalism all in all.
