When I brought it back they claimed I had used the bong when there was nothing wrong with it, the woman just didn't want to admit that she gave me the wrong accessories, I DIDNT spend $100 for a bong thats unsmokable. ever since I was a kid I've always wanted to walk into this shop. This is a decent 420 shop located in West Edmonton Mall across from the Segways. They have an entire wall of different types, sizes and flavours of papers. As with many similar shops, they have an impressive array of pipes, bongs, stash boxes, lighters, grinders, detox and such. They sell t-shirts and hats with pot themes. I give this shop kudos for the selection of papers alone. I haven't seen anything that impressive since the last time I was in Vancouver. read more

I always wonder how this store is legal, when I walk in I feel like they must be selling marijuana.. but they aren't. The store is black lit and has wall to wall bongs, lighters, flavoured papers, pipes and a bunch of things I didn't even know existed. The staff is a treat, they seem like regular stoner's off that 70's show and they are really outgoing. I've seen items here that I had never seen anywhere before. My favorite was this huge gas mask bong, it looked like it could really rock someones world. They have Bob Marley playing in the background and it makes you feel like everything's gonna be alright. read more

Best place for your 420 needs in Edmonton, in the West Edmonton Mall by the HMV. I went in there with a budget and an idea of the style bong I wanted. I left with a perfect match and right on budget. Amazing customer service, not from just one employee but from them all. Great selection of everything 420. Pipes, Bongs, Grinders, Books, G-Pens, Vapes you name it I am sure they got it. Wonderful environment the staff helps you with everything even while bouncing between customers. I would recommend this store to anyone in or traveling to Edmonton they know their stuff and are great to talk to. Started by two E-town aficionados, this local shop sells all of the paraphernalia you might want to emulate the lives of Cheech & Chong. There are some extraordinarily beautiful pipes made of blown glass that cost up to $2,000 and even rigged highlighter pens for sneaking a bit of green ganga into a concert and not getting caught. (I just wanted to highlight the program, sir?!) T-shirts, rolly papers of every brand and colour, Bob Marley flags, bongs out of your ying-yang and more. The people who work here are, unsurprisingly, super chill. The long-haired hippie boy looks serene despite the thong of shoppers and when my guy and I were walking through the shop he was like "hey, I think that's the lady my friends bought pot off in high school." So the pipe shop's somewhat of a den for the curious and also a hub for hobbyists. If West Ed's out of your way, they also have another location on Jasper Ave. that's bigger and with more selection and a third on 118 Ave. near 40th St. My, business is booming! read more

Terrible employees that are rude towards/harass their customers. Regardless of the fact that the shop selection is great, the employees there are incredibly rude and sexist. An employee named Jason thinks it's perfectly acceptable to fat shame women and call them terrible names, only to have his coworkers defend his actions. This was an observed experience during a visit to the shop. My personal experience involved having an employee call me "gross" for asking about bubblers (which they sell, so why does their opinion in them allow for such rude name calling?), and roll his eyes for thinking the blue/purple glass pieces where "pretty". When I decided to ask a different worker for help I was snapped at with a "can't you see I'm busy?" I'll be avoiding this shop and the downtown/other locations as well since its obvious that being even some what polite to their customers isn't required. That's a shame, since the 420 crowed are constantly fighting off bad stigmas. read more

I have made my first and last purchase ever with these '2 guys'. I purchased an overpriced grinder that looked great, but didn't work, and when I immediately realized that it didn't actually grind anything and left the product in the exact same form that I put it in to start with I hoped to exchange it for something that did work, but was told no returns. I warned I'd never do business there again if this was the decision since the item was still as new but they stood by it, and so am I. I'd never walk in these shops again to do business despite it being the closest one from home to pick up all my smoking needs, they're price gouging and have a bad return/exchange policy. read more

2 guys with pipes is having a big problem with their spore syringes lately. They are overly expensive even if what was in them actually had spores. $55 seems to be a lot of money for nothing but water. I spoke with some people that seemed to not know much about what they are selling, but to their credit, they gave me another syringe.....also nothing but water. Will re-review once I get a legitimate syringe. They have been reliable in the past. DO NOT BUY MIMUX SYRINGES! read more

Bad Service, that's the main point here. They may have once had excellent staff but they obviously left. Whether in the store or over the phone, these folks have no idea about new products, let alone the products they sell. And they like to argue. I went into the 118 ave location for the first time yesterday (June 4, 2015) with the goal of replacing my broken pipe purchased from the Jasper Ave. location, where I received great service. The cashier asked me what kind of pipe I was looking for and I told him water. He pointed to a selection on the wall behind the counter. I began to look at other merchandise in the lower display cases but there was a large black computer bag on top blocking my view. I asked him if it was his and after glaring at me in silence, I politely asked,"Do you mind moving it so I can see"? I could tell he was not in a good mood. He asked, "I thought you were interested in water pipes"? I told him I was checking out other things they carried. He huffed and removed his bag from the display counter top. I no longer felt comfortable in the store alone and thanked him. He forced a "yeah" and out the door I went, empty handed. He treated me like some sort of nuisance and a low-life. I don't get it. A business that offers, "party" supplies and marketing a good "high" time and I was treated like crap by this guy. He was clearly not happy to be there and was definitely not a "people" person. The owners should fire this guy, because he is bad for business, to say the least. read more
