A colleague of mine recently went to this store and told us about it. I went today with a buddy of mine to check out the store.
When you first walk up , it does not look like anything but a store. There is just a podium and a stool. Nothing more.
When Kyra walked around the corner, she checked our ID ( although we both have grey hair ) and brought us around the corner.
Now this was impressive. It does not really look like a store at all. In fact, the lights and mirrors make it look like your in some sort of amusement park attraction.
But it works. It becomes very welcoming.
This is not your standard vape store. These are completely different systems and very light-weight - so it is easier to lose .. whoops I mean carry around.
Now , my buddy and I both vape so when we saw the selection and offers to new customers, we were immediately sold.
Kyra was not only putting up with our shenanigans ( we like to make people laugh ) but she was extremely knowledgeable and was fantastic at explaining how it all works. She took the time to explain all the new promotions and didnt forget to sign us up for the newsletters.. now thats pretty good considering I rarely sign up for things like this.
So when you sign up, you get a reward.. we got new devices and some pods at a really good price .. it felt like we robbed them ( we didnt ) with the promos and discounts for new customers.
Kyra made sure we were all set up and ready to vape. It was great seeing staff laugh ( I hope it was with us and not at us ) , so we knew that this was going to be a great store with great staff.
