Since my insurance denied my claim, I reached out to them 3-4 times to come back and simply give me a separate estimate for just repair of the channel where the roof was leaking. EVERY single time I couldn't talk to anyone from the actual business, it was always an answering service that i had to continually repeat the entire explanation of what I needed from them, what my address was, what my phone number is, etc.. this went on for several months! I even actually received a phone call back from one of their sales people following up on replacing my roof? He had no idea I had been leaving messages and said he would get back to me. Well, he never got back to me either. After about six months of trying to reach them, I received an email letting me know that they were too busy to be able to complete my job before winter.
