I called around to get estimates and they came out within 2 days of our call. Once we decided to go with them, they started work immediately. They took pictures through the whole process. The young man they sent out the first day was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns and made sure to explain what and why he was doing. The owner also called that night to ask how things were going and how the worker was that they sent. The next day he came back and finished the job. The owner sent the finished pics, he also came by that night to chat and show us the work and go over it with us. I found the experience overall a good one. Of note, they do not do repairs under $500- luckily ours was just over $1000. They also help you deal with the homeowners insurance if you need help.
