They said it would ship in one to two days. However, when I checked the tracking number that they sent me, all it said was the label had been created. This was 5 days after I had ordered it. I emailed them asking about my order and all they did was send the tracking number again. Be wary of the customer service and quality of the circle monogram from Two Funny Girls. I made a mistake and did not confirm how the "D" would look for a circle monogram necklace....this was my mistake. I understand and take responsibility for this mistake. It was my assumption that the "D" would have tails and not look like an "O." I can admit to a mistake, and although bummed about the quality of the lettering, my main beef with Two Funny Girls is that their responses back to me weren't very accommodating or customer oriented at all. Given that these acrylic necklaces probably cost pennies to make, they made no effort to try to meet me half way or accommodate my serious disappointment. I am in customer service and even if something is not my fault, I listen to the complaint, try to understand, and be empathetic to come to a resolution that makes my customer happy. Not the case with Two Funny Girls, I feel left in the cold, frustrated, out my money, and have two unusable necklaces. I looked and looked for feminine cut fleece jackets for my college bound girl. She asked for one with her monogram for her birthday. I was hesitant to purchase here after reading some of the reviews but I am SO glad that I went ahead and ordered. I had a hard time locating one that didn't already have a company logo in place. I ended up ordering two jackets - a white one with hot pink monogram and a black one with a teal monogram. The jackets are cut just like one that i have from North Face and the monogram turned out really nice. It only took one week from ordering to delivery. I held back on one star simply because the jackets haven't been worn and washed yet but I will definitely be ordering again from this company. read more

Terrible customer service. Poor quality, and scam. I never complain about a company but I really feel like I have a moral obligation to do so with this one, as my experience was just plain, terrible. I placed an order for towels for my bridesmaids for our cruise wedding, I looked at several websites, which were cheaper and had designs I actually liked more, but decided to go with two funny girls after seeing a deal in which you could add bottle huggers that matched the towels for 2.50. My towels arrived, much more than the problem that the material feels like a baby blanket, is too thin and is worthless for use as a towel, was my experience dealing with the company when I discovered the bottle huggers that I purchased were not present with my order. I called and spoke with the company, and was told I didn't order them. It was only until I read my invoice to them which clearly showed that I ordered and paid for the bottle huggers, that they then told me it was a mistake on the website and that there shouldn't have been an option for the bottle huggers, and finally told me they would refund my money for the bottle huggers. Had I know this was a "mistake" before hand, I would have ordered with another product completely that I actually liked more, but I thought I was getting a deal with this one. I spent near $400 with this company, and am completely dissatisfied with the product, and more displeased with the customer service after their own mistake. I feel as though I was scammed. read more
