The property is so well taken care of with an absolutely breathtaking view of Kelowna and the Okanagan Lake. Manicured trees add a unique flair to the golf course. The property is surrounded by orchards and vineyards, making it a one-stop location for incredible backdrops. Tamara is as professional as you can get. She has been with the Harvest for many years, making her knowledgeable of the venue and weddings. She is prompt to reply which is not always the case with Okanagan wedding venues. You can tell she is passionate about her couples and weddings at the Harvest, ensuring everything runs perfectly. The food is also unbelievably amazing! The chef takes so much pride in his meals, from the presentation to the quality and taste. Whether plated or buffet, the food really is second to none. With the Harvest offering a stunning ceremony location, a large indoor reception space with wood beams and natural light, and so many dreamy photo backdrops, the need to head off the venue at all on your wedding day is not required. Yet, Marshal kept coming around claiming we are slow because group front of you is one and half hole ahead. When we got on the first tee on time, no one was front of us. If no was front of us, how are we behind? So we explained the logical reasons, yet told us stop arguing just hit the ball. This guy had no clue even when we actually stated the our tee off before claiming we are behind. Shouldn't logical reason should be considered before coming to any conclusive outcome before claiming of wrong doing? What the hell? Never play here again and I'm sure all of our friends will not either.

From my experience in most industries you allays take care of your customers, at Nk'Mip, its almost like they are doing you a favor by letting you play on their course. This is an unacceptable attitude that leads to satisfaction issues. At the end of the day being professional and courteous is the base of all client engagements and that's not the experience at Nk'Mip especially with a certain person at pro shop who present himself as the manager. I have been golfing here for 5 years with a group that has golfed here for much longer and because of our experience last week June 7th, my vote would to not golf here any longer there are many other beautiful courses in the Okanagan valley that value their customers,. If you value customer service, professionalism, and respect let your feet send a message and walk away from this establishment, it's not worth it, when there are so many other options in the Okanagan. They provide lots of seasonal jobs for local kids, and we have always felt safe putting our kids in their staff's hands, as they seem very safety conscious and well trained. A few putting holes we had to bring her down on the putting carpet and then pop her up over the small curb back onto the cement path. There are no stairs and there are areas with shade and misted water to keep her cool while watching us play. After a round of mini golf we took the other kids to the fun zone to do some activities. Their rep selling tickets showed us how a card could be used for both kids (my son and niece)and save us money, which we really appreciated. You can also come back with the card another day to use it incase the kids get to hot or the line was long. We also got ice cream afterwards. I recommend eating in the shade or it will pour down your kids hands!!
