There was never any arguing or complaining or asking why or what's in any of the boxes. They took the time they needed to complete the job properly. They carefully moved each item like it was theirs. They packed our storage unit efficiently. Because we didn't realize how many things needed to be moved and due to weather, they returned to finish moving other complicated items such as a pool table from a walkout basement. I found trash behind one of the doors in a bedroom, so apparently the vacuum couldn't reach there (or, more likely, they just didn't bother closing the doors when they vacuumed). Said they'd clean the windows, but there was flypaper left by the previous owners stuck to the kitchen windows. If they had bothered opening the blinds, they would have noticed. Kitchen cabinets still had piles of crumbs, gunk, and food debris inside. Bathroom cabinets had dust build-up, hairs, etc. And they took things left by the previous owner without mentioning it to me--some nice, lightly used toiletries in the medicine cabinet. I didn't expect a deep clean because they were the cheapest service I found. I expected a decent surface clean at best, but they didn't even do that. I absolutely do not recommend.
