Sadly, it is not just the employees who are disrespectful. My barber (Oscar) can give you any kind of haircut you want. From a trim/shaping, a fade, gentleman's cut, flattop, etc... you name it, he's the best. The barbershop is modern, very clean with a great vibe. Everyone (other barbers) are so welcoming and friendly. They let you know, that they appreciate your business and coming into their barbershop...Even though they may have not been the barber cutting your hair. When I call to let them know the system still says we are early, the people in the salon say there is nothing they can do and that you are kicked to the back of the line only to be given random wait times again. We will never be back. Fix your system, and do the right thing for your clients when the system malfunctions.

Soon after getting on the road, I get a text asking how close I was. I send the mileage from what my phone said and then get another text asking how long will that take. I give the info and ask if he had an appointment at 3pm. He said he need to leave at 3pm because something had came up. That's why he asked if I could come earlier. I get to the shop, explained what I wanted and moved forward with the cut. Without going into all the details, I had to ask twice to get some areas fixed. I felt like he was rushing through my cut. There was more that needed to be corrected but assuming that the rush was because he needed to go, I didn't feel like explaining what was wrong with the cut. The service was ended and I tipped and left out. The cut overall was not that bad, so I went back inside to get a business card. That's when I see he has another person in the chair doing another cut. This the "RUSHED AND LIED TO" title. I will not return based off of principles. Now I'm stuck with this unfinished haircut.
