This is a walkout deck so we had them install the Trex Rain Escape underneath and finished off with white PVC bead board. We had a few issues and they addressed them right away with no hassle. We called Arnold's Construction and RC came out the next day, no charge. His estimate was reasonable, so we went with him. Some of the wallpaper had been damaged so - obviously - we needed to take all of it down. The vanity and the floor had been damaged and needed to be replaced. RC provided paint and flooring samples. We bought a vanity at Menards. RC and his crew did all the work with no hassle to us. The workmanship was perfect, and they left everything clean. Easy to do business with and excellent work.

Two guys came out, never pinpointed the leak, checked out the well and told me the equipment they needed to remove the old well pump was all busted and they didn't know when it would be fixed. They told me their boss would call me the next week. then they jumped in the truck and were quickly hauling out of there. Never heard from their boss. I guess finding the leak and installing a new well pump was a bridge too far for them.
