I dropped my mountain bike in for a service the other day and was told to come back in about an hour or to pop over to the Cafe whilst he got on with my bike & he would text me when it was ready to collect. True to his word, he text me about 45 minutes later as I was just finishing a coffee & snack to tell me my bike was ready to collect! They have the tools and the expertise and will guide you as much or as little as you need when repairing anythign on your bike. What an amazing idea. They ask that non-members donate between £2 and £10 based on how much help you've had, plus they have spare parts to sell you (lots of secondhand components, and they're not for profit so everything is extremely reasonable). Really well kitted out and nice, welcoming volunteers :)

The location is very convenient to walk down to the city centre while you wait for the job to be done. The did some warranty work on our Clio and most importantly I trust the guys thereeven with my BMW. The nationwide garage chain is AA approved and have been Repairer of the year several times (check their website). They accept Tesco Clubcard vouchers towards MOT and service and their newly revamped website is good for making online bookings as well as occasionally finding money off vouchers. Recently their Fuel Service (see website) has received a lot of good press in improving fuel efficiency of cars.
