I've been preparing him for a while and explaining that the going to the dentist was a good thing. The office was nice, clean, and cozy. The staff were cordial. We got in right away and was met by Dr. Cosgrove and the hygienist/assistant. She was very professional and great with my child. She explained everything and made him feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The whole cleaning and check up took less than 30 minutes. They prefer to have me pay for what "they think I owe" prior to sending to my insurance first. They have very limited time frames for appointments and it takes 10 months to get a wellness visit. Thrilled to be leaving after 3 years with them for a much more accommodating pediatric dentist. Also of note, the actual dentist here is not very warm with children, and makes parents feel as if they are ruining their children's teeth if they eat any snack that is not a raw carrot. Honestly, don't waste your time bringing your children here.
