I haven't been able to move just yet but hopefully soon I will out of here. What was once a tolerable living situation has now become outright miserable. Let's start with the paper-thin walls. I can hear everything, and unfortunately, I have an obnoxious upstairs neighbor who stomps around, blasts noise at all hours, and is just plain rude. They are supposed to have carpet down on 80% of the floors and I do not believe they do as we can hear everything. It's impossible to get peace or quiet here, and management has done absolutely nothing about it. On top of that, the place is falling apart. Maintenance is not the best. They just paint over cracks and holes. The overall condition of the building feels neglected. The exterior looks worn, balconies are falling apart, common areas are never cleaned, and basic repairs are just band-aids. Since the new landlords took over, things have only gotten worse. They seem completely disconnected from the tenants' needs and concerns. Communication is poor, and any changes they've made have felt more like cost-cutting measures than improvements. Living here now feels like paying too much to be stressed in your own home. After nearly 8 years, I can confidently say that I would not recommend West Park Manor to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

Outside there is garbage and dog poop EVERYWHERE. It's disgusting. Looks like a city park. Good luck if you have a puppy or dog (which we do). Plenty of choking hazards such as beer bottle caps, fishing string, balloons, rat skeletons, dead fish, cigarette butts everywhere, tampon applicators, the list truly goes on because you never know what you will find. They want 2 months rent as stated in the lease, but what working class person on earth would pay $5000 + after all of the issues. It's not possible. This place is a trap! And they let anybody move in here as long as they have $. The good reviews are from bribery or someone paying $1k less. Use common sense when reading them. Certainly can't be people living here. Funny how I threatened to leave a review and all of a sudden multiple positive ones pop up. And don't get me started on the neighbors who have no boundaries and who can't take no for an answer.
