I originally reached out because of a flat tire, and they handled the pickup, which was super convenient. Since they were taking it in anyway, I asked them to look it over and take care of anything else it might need to keep it running in top shape. They had it for just over two weeks, which I found completely reasonable given it's their busy season. When it was returned, the driver--Todd--was absolutely fantastic. He didn't just drop it off and leave; he took the time to walk me through a few simple maintenance tips I could do myself to keep the mower in great condition. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond answering my questions.

Contacted company owner Jimmy, asked for exact draft motor cost and some credit from previous repair and he just laughed! Good thing I didn't have them put in draft motor that was not even the problem!!! Had someone else out, they replaced correct part and it works fine!
