A quick google search stated that the DOT could shut down a limo company due to its vehicles and drivers posing an imminent hazard to public safety!! The owner Rizzo is a pig who is not fit to run a business. This company is terrible. I scheduled a group ride for the vineyards and not only were they late but the driver was rude. When I called Rizzo he was even ruder. I then asked for a partial refund because of his lateness and he was nasty. I ended up doing a chargeback and got my money back. We booked a limo to take us around some of the North Fork wineries for my friend's bachelorette party. The reservation and coordination of the day with the company was very smooth and our driver for the day was friendly and easygoing. The reason for the 2 star review is that our limo was full of small bugs flying around every time we got in the limo and seemed to be coming out of the AC vents. This was disappointing for us given how much we paid and when I called the company they did not seem to care or offer any sort of an apology. read more

I requested airport transportation with this company on Saturday, August 20th for service on Sunday, August 21st. I spoke to the owner of the company, named Rizzo. I requested a full sized, SUV, to take my family to JFK at 9:00 am from the North Harbor port of Greenport. I was quoted a price of $300 for this ride and it was accepted. I was greeted by a driver employed by the company, not Rizzo, himself. The driver came in a different car than we had agreed upon. He was driving a small and old Lincoln town car, not the full-sized SUV that was ordered. I attempted to contact the company and spoke with the owner Rizzo on the phone and stated my disappointment with the vehicle. He admitted that he sent the wrong car and initially apologized for his mistake. I told him that I would not pay the same price for this as it was not the car that we ordered and that I should not be charged the full fee that I was quoted for the SUV. He was rude and yelled at me in a very unprofessional manner and told me that I should take an uber and hung up on me. I tried to call him back and he said he was going to call his driver to leave me at the pick-up location and again hung up the phone on me. He then contacted his driver and told him to take my family, wife and two young children, out of the car, remove my luggage and leave us stranded at the stop. We were already in the car, packed, ready to go, and late for our flight. We had no time to get another mode of transportation to the airport and we were going to miss our scheduled flight if we were removed from the car. My wife and children were, of course, frightened and upset. I pleaded with the driver to take us and he told me that he could not go against the instructions of his employer and if he did drive us, he would be fired. He apologized but would not take us. He did try to contact him one last time on our behalf. My wife got on the phone and pleaded with him to let his driver take us to the airport. The actual driver was thankfully very nice, professional, and considerate. He did get us to the airport just on time. I was charged on my American Express card for an amount of $351.56. This rude, aggressive, and demeaning treatment of my family was unprofessional and extreme. He was going to have his driver physically remove us from his vehicle and leave us stranded at the port and we would have missed our flight. Rizzo, the owner threatened us and extorted money from us by charging me a fee for a ride in a car that was more expensive than the car that was supplied. He made us beg for mercy so we were not left in unattended and unsafe situation. He should not be allowed to operate a transportation company in the state of New York when threatening his employees and discriminating and threatening his clients. He demanded that his driver put clients in an unsafe environment and then over-charged me for services not delivered. I would hate for any other person to have to experience what we went through. read more

Save yourself some grief...do NOT use this company. Used it for a 40th birthday party. There was a huge crack in the windshield, the seats had stuffing coming out of them and the whole limo reeked like cigarettes. When we finished our first winery, we called the driver and he took about 20 minutes to get to us, because the LIMO BROKE DOWN. We paid the driver cash. The next day I get a charge on my credit card from the company. They didn't know we had paid cash and it was subsequently reversed, but still. Avoid at all costs! read more

There should be a zero star rating. Do not use this service! Do not give Rizzo your credit card information. You will be overcharged. I called Twin Forks Limousine (631-208-1010) to reserve an SUV to accommodate 6 passengers for 4/22/17 at 12:00pm. I requested a driver that was familiar with the North Fork area and that had experience driving to various wineries in the area. I explained that we previously had a driver that was inexperienced and unprofessional and were looking to avoid a similar situation. Rizzo assured me his drivers were professional and familiar with the North Fork area and wineries. I asked for pricing, Rizzo quoted $75.00 an hour plus tax. I asked if the bill or tip could be paid in cash and Rizzo said yes. I confirmed that the price was $75.00 an hour plus tax and that we would do a cash tip and he again said yes. Well.... The driver, Michael, called me at 11:50am stating he was lost and asking for directions. I gave him the address verbally, via text and I dropped him a navigation pin directly to our exact location yet he couldn't find our location (remember, Rizzo assured us the driver would be familiar with the area). After several phone calls and texts back and forth with the driver we offered to meet him at a local spot in town and lead him back to our location. Michael, the driver, didn't know how to get to the local spot! I called Rizzo at Twin Forks Limousine and told him the driver was lost to please navigate him to our location because we had reservations at several places. The driver showed up at 12:40pm. He was lost for 40 minutes in an area he was supposed to have great familiarity with. We told the driver our first stop which was literally less than 5 minutes away and he had no idea how to get there. He couldn't get his navigation to work so one of our party had to sit in the front passenger seat and use his own navigation to get the driver to the correct destination. This repeated the entire time even though before we left each vineyard we texted him the next location. Not once did the driver get out to open or close a door for our party of 6 or tip a seat down for us to climb into the third row. I understand that it was raining, all the more reason to have the door open and seat tipped so passengers can get in more quickly. Additionally, he continued to try to use his navigation and he almost had an accident trying to figure out how to navigate and drive at the same time. He was holding his phone in hand trying to work and follow navigation while driving. Not acceptable! Against our better judgement, we gave the driver a $50.00 cash tip (as discussed with Rizzo). Although the service was sub par we are not heartless people. Well, I come to find out that our credit card was OVERCHARGES in the amount of $155.16. I called, texted and emailed Rizzo to attempt to rectify the situation. He had one excuse after the next. Rizzo had the gall to raise his voice and tell me I shouldn't have tipped the driver with cash that he determines the tip at 20% and then charges tax on top of that! He actually texted me the driver's cell number and told me to get my money back from the driver. It is 5/1/17 and the credit card is still not refunded. There are limousine services that are far more professional, honest and accommodating, be sure to find one rather than using this company. read more
