This tobacco shop is what I've been looking for a very long time! I am a hookah person and recently I had broken my bottom base piece that was made of glass. I did not want to buy a whole new hookah set because they are $$$ and mine was still fairly new (1 year old) I called up many tobacco shops to see if they have a base piece I can buy separately, and while they did it wasn't the kind I needed (Khalil mammon brand) or they didn't sell it. I called Twilight Zone up and Jordan said they did sell it separately and told me to bring in my top stem piece to make sure if fits correctly. Next day I went in with my stem piece and Jordan's customer service was exceptionally above standards of tobacco shop associates/owners. He was very knowledgeable about hookahs and even hooked me up with a few other pieces that can help my hookah stabilize and hit better. Great shop! Thanks Twilight Zone I'll be back. read more

So, I needed some supplies, including a new postage scale. I searched Yelp for a smoke shop here in San Jose, and found The Twilight Zone. I chose this place because the reviewers fof this place all say similar things, "staff friendly, made it right, stood behind my purchase, nice selection, etc." And, The Twilight Zone enjoys a five star rating. I was served by the owner, Jordan. Seems to be a genuinely nice guy, and quite personable. I was impressed by his selections of his many different product lines. Jordan patiently explained the makers, made recommendations, and recommended that if I ever needed a replacement and couldn't find my receipt, just call him, and he would provide an additional receipt for a factory warranty replacement. All of this for the "big" sale of around $50. Impressive. In a capitalistic world, it's great to see the occasional shop that puts customer service and quality of their offerings before profit. I believe Jordan and The Twilight Zone represent what American capitalism should look like. But, increasingly, does not. Five Stars! Only because there's no 10 Star button. read more

This place has products your looking for at an ok price. it is a very tiny shop. some employees are educated in the products. The girl that helped me seemed really lost at what she was doing. Her personality matched her outfit " Not present" is a way to put it. She looked like trash & gave the store a bad image. She had a ton of make-up on you would have thought make-up was sold there. The belly showing top & skin tight pants made her look desperate for attention & more like she was interested selling herself rather then being a sales associate. She had no clue what i wanted or needed. I will return when they get better service. The tall guy with long hair however came &assisted me with what i needed.
