Recently Dawn & I had a session scheduled but we both had family events to attend so our schedules got a bit mixed up with availability so we had to reschedule. She accommodated me so that it wouldn't be too long before my next appointment. I appreciated that a ton because if there is too much time in between check-in, follow-up work, etc. when I'm doing self-work, I become disconnected, discouraged & will want to withdraw. It's important to me to try to see this through as this is my first time having coaching & a professional to assist in self work at a critical time in my life, and Dawn always makes it easy for me to stay committed & faithful in my self. She & I have had about 3 or 4 sessions (I lose count) since I signed up w/her & every time I'm amazed at how much better I feel, and if its not that I feel better I feel supported because I'm left with tools, homework, and reminders that eventually help me feel better that shift is the following day or after a few days. Currently our focus is to help me heal from recent devastating 5 year relationship breakup, and I've been feeling better & better every week. I have my days, but she equips me to be able to handle the heartache & self-doubt on my own. She's helped me start to be able to see myself again after having not been able to over the last 3 years. I'm becoming more confident in myself & my abilities to figure out this new path of light. I have had Reiki sessions with both Dawn and Gilbert and I was absolutely amazed with their services! Gilbert was able to create a soothing session even though it wasn't in person. I could feel the effects of the distance Reiki session with Gilbert almost immediately which is a testament to his skill and talent as a Reiki provider.
