The arugula and fig salad was delicious and such a good combination of flavors. The eggplant Parmesan appetizer was so good: crispy yet juicy, and not greasy. The tomato sauce that came with it was different: fresh and crunchy. However the pièce de rèsistance was the wild boar: so tender and juicy, with a mild gamey flavor that came together with the light sweetness of the poached pear and of all the other ingredients that completed the supreme flavor. For dessert we ordered Panna Cotta: so well made and beautifully decorated. It is honestly one of the best meals from beginning to end that we have had in a long time.
