Our family has been so disappointed with Twice the deal lately. We always phone our order in and go in to pick it up at the given time. The last 2 times we've waited 50 minutes and then 40 minutes past the time that was given to us. If they can't keep up with the orders, then they need to a. either space them out more or b. hire more staff. The service is terrible now. read more

I've been a regular customer at least for the last 4 years I was hosting a birthday party yesterday for 12 people I ordered four pizzas and 7 lb of chicken wings for 12:30 the pizzas weren't ready till 10 after 1:00 and they only had 2 lb of chicken wings so I had to go elsewhere to complete my order I cannot believe the way they operate now. I have lived near Acton for almost 2 years and have been ordering from twice the deal regularly. The experience has been amazing, the staff have been friendly and delivery very quick! Until today..... I ordered their single deal. The person that took our order was very confused and I was certain that there would be an error but he gave the correct total! When the driver showed up I was not the deal price And the order was wrong. We do live a bit far in the country so I didn't want them to have to send another driver. I asked if I could call When we called we were told they would never deliver to us again. When we called the owner Sonia said to pay the full amount and she would credit the account. I stated that we should just have the driver charge me the correct amount now she stated that she would send another driver with the correct order and the refund. I again just asked that that this driver charge me the correct amount and I would keep the order to prevent sending another driver back out. She stated she would do so but would never deliver to our address again.. I was trying to resolve the issue and prevent wasting her labour or delivery drivers fuel. She was very disrespectful and yelled at me for a error that she had made and I was trying to resolve!! Never had a issue before but this woman cannot admit her mistake and fix it. Best pizza place on town. We order from here at least twice a month and always have great service and amazing food. We used to order from either Domino's or Pizzaville and always had issues with with the order being wrong or bad service. We will never go back. read more

They have the best Pizza, wings and wedge fries in town, with definatly the best prices.

Variety of slices and $4 including a pop is a great deal. Service is always friendly.
