Really unpleasant experience. The inventory and selection were subpar and the staff was very unfriendly . Do not recommend.

Total weight well over 3 CT's. The GIA cert just commented on origin and that the stone was I heated. Nothing about weight. My jeweler said how shallow the stone was and thought the stone looked about 1.5 ct mounted. He then used a tool and stated it could be anywhere from 1.90-2.55 as it was not symmetrical. I had him unmounted it in front of me and weigh the unmounted stone. It weighs 2.53. A far cry from 2.92. A professional selling gems should strive to be accurate and if unsure should under estimate gem weight to customers. The stone size was misrepresented by 15%. As the accent stones and gold have value I have asked for a refund of 10%. I doubt if they will give it. If not I will see if I can do a small claims action. I bought online. They are in PA I am in NH so unsure how that would work. Update: 17 hours after posting Wilson Estate got back to me. I sent an email with pictures asking for a 10% credit based on the discrepancy of the estimated weight and the actual weight. They emailed to say they are issuing a credit for the amount I requested. I am impressed! They made this right in my eyes.

I purchased a Tiffany eternity band from their website that looks exactly the same as the bands at the store for more than half the price. I went into the Tiffany Store and the salesperson thought the ring had been purchased at Tiffany and Co. Wilson's Estate Jewelry shipped the ring across the country and it was sent next day delivery. They have a generous return policy and the ring was packaged quite beautifully and safely. I cannot say enough amazing things about this store. I am super lucky to have found it.

The owner Valori was also super helpful and explained how the designer items are all authenticated and how there are no fakes or copies as this is illegal. Who knew that ??? The racks are laid out in very organized ways making it easy to see styles and colors. For me this is a plus as I get overwhelmed in other stores. They have snacks and great candies sitting around for customers which was a pick up after a long day. There is no other other place on the Main line with this type of quality and fantastic prices on high end designer stuff !!! I personally bought a Gucci wallet for way way less than new and looks brand new , Ballenciaga items , Hermes and more. This place has become my number one choice when I am looking for a new handbag or outfit.

She spoke to most like this spoiled dictator and it wasn't until later I found out from many she is known for this behavior, even not paying people who consigned with her, lying, a very checkered past with any business she attempted. She failed every time and I predict the same with this shop. She is a theif. It's a fact and confirmed and she lies and puts on a great act of being kind, down to earth and a good business woman. She is none of those things. Her newest husband and their friends write the positive reviews. Anyone who really knows her and her lack of ethics would never write about this woman in such glowing terms.

I haven't been here in years, but since I was in the area, I figured 'Hey, why not?". The moment I entered the door, the older lady working the counter gave me a dirty look, including a once-over like she was better than me or something. Not cool. But, brushing it off, I decided I still wanted to visit their infamous "Dollar Room". I found a cute pair of white cutoff shorts with a dark blue nautical anchor pattern on them for one dollar! Of course, when I went up to the counter with the shorts, the lady tried to make nice with me by discussing what a great find they were, but I just smiled, paid, and left. The jewelry in the other room was so-so, and the prices were normal for main line thrift stores. (Too high for my taste though!) I didn't even look upstairs so I don't know what else they had. Maybe someone else will brave the beast at the front desk and check out the stuff upstairs. I just didn't have the patience to play nice with a snob,

Quality of the clothes (dirty/stained/major pilling or wear). This usually doesn't bother me at thrift stores since obviously the clothes are preowned, but I encountered SO MANY dirty, stained, pilling, super worn-out clothes. One white button-down from the Gap had huge, brownish armpit stains! Gross! The shoes were pretty dirty, too. And this ties in to the next issue-- 2. Pricing (too high considering the quality!) Clothes were obviously priced according to their brands rather than their condition. This makes sense...to a point. I get it. But selling a fleece jacket that is completely misshapen, faded, pilling, at the end of its usable life for $15 just because it is North Face seems wrong somehow. Most of the quality-brand clothes I saw (J. Crew, Anne Taylor, etc.) had such pilling and wear that the prices just didn't seem justified. 3. Rude staff. I don't have too much to say about this because I don't want to call anyone out--I get that it's a volunteer operation--but, seriously. The lady working there was just plain rude. 4. Counterfeit/fake items. I saw several fake handbags for sale. Their printed price tag for one of these actually said "Burberry handbag--fake." What??????? The real designer bags were locked up in a glass display case while several fakes were knowingly placed around the store. Selling counterfeit handbags is illegal. It's also tacky considering the emphasis on high-end brands. All in all too many cons for me. If they lowered their prices, were more discriminating with their stock, and worked on customer service that would make a big difference. If you decide to visit, make sure you're feeling patient and ready to hunt really hard for a good deal. And bring hand sanitizer! :)

Donna took one look at my face and said, "I have the perfect dress for you." I'm between 12-14 and am working through some insecurities, so when she said that, I said "yeah, right." Donna told me I deserved to feel delicious in my dress, so I tried it on. My God. I looked and felt like a mermaid Goddess. The dress is a beautiful mermaid/trumpet style gown that hugged my curves in all the right places (I'll update with pictures soon!). It was affordable and very well-made. Normally, I would've walked right by it. Thank God I listened to Donna's advice. She is honest, smart, so so stylish, and she sees and celebrates the beauty of everyone who walks into her boutique. I felt like Cinderella and Donna was the fairy godmother (the Brandy/Whitney Houston version with the sassy and fabulous Godmother!). I could go on about our wonderful, h uplifting conversation, but I'll end my review with this: Stop in and say hi. See what's there. I guarantee you will leave feeling "delicious!"
