Based on a 1-1 visit with the owner (Brad) and follow up conversations, I am planning to utilize…read moreBDK for several small and medium sized home projects that will include carpentry work and tile installation, as well as restoring my deck and a few other things. So, my story is that I am a single home owner and I have a lot of little to-do's and I want 1 single source as my go-to. I was skeptical that BDK would actually want to take on my small jobs and to my surprise, Brad and I were able to work out a pricing and work arrangement that will allow me to get things done on my budget and timeline. I am impressed with Brad and his business acumen, and while I have not had any work done yet, I trust that all will go well and that I will update my review to 5 stars. You know, with all the online resources it is actually harder than ever to find a contractor who is willing to do little things. I have emailed and talked to a half dozen contractors who want to charge a lot for minimal jobs. Finding a contractor of quality whom I can trust is a big undertaking, so I feel so good going into this relationship with BDK.
