When I contacted them for a quote, they were quick and responsive to come out and give us a quote at a time that worked for us. They were the only ones that had to come out to give us a quote, all others could do it over e-mail as most do it by the square feet of your home. I believe Splish Splash does as well as I told by Jackie in person I wasn't quite positive of our square feet, but she said she would adjust the quote for the correct square footage. I think they want to come out to give you the quote so they can be nice and friendly and reel you in. That's fine, but do your homework. As I did not use them, my review is on the cost. Cost goes along with the job and customer service, and I contacted 6 companies, all of which had great yelp, google, and BBB reviews, including SS. I'm not sure what high horse SS thinks they are on, but they were outrageously more expensive than the others. Keep in mind this is for the size of our home, but one was below $200, the remaining four were in the low $200s, and Splish Splash was above $350. I'm sure they do a fine job, but you can get great customer service and a great job cleaning your home (as evidence by the other companies reviews) with the industries average cost companies.
