I was already back in the chair when I was told I needed additional tests at the tune of 500.00 +. I did not have that amount nor was I ever told it would be that much. They had plenty of time to notify me of this price before my appt. I left. No sooner | get home and I get a text saying I missed my appt.(I didn't) The photos below show my exchange. I get a letter today 7/19 saying they will no longer see me which I already told them I'd never be back. They did not date the letter but the envelope was dated 7/17. They sent this out after I already told them I wouldnt be back. The office lady Linda is rude, unprofessional and apparently petty for sending me a letter knowing I'd never be back. I can see why all the nice dentists who worked there quit. You get a different dentist every visit. The office lady (Linda) is one of the most immature, unprofessional people l've ever encountered. This was a good place a couple years ago but not anymore. Buyer beware if you go here. As a side note I started going to this office in 2008. Always paid my bills and never had any problems.

I did enroll in their plan, and every time I go in for a cleaning, that's exactly what I get--a great cleaning for a little over $100 (around $150, if I remember correctly). They don't try to push extra services or unnecessary procedures on you, which is something I truly appreciate. Before being blessed with meeting Dr. Lynch, my mom and I had some terrible experiences with MANY other dentists. More importantly, I can't say enough about how kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring Dr. Lynch is. Recently, I needed to have four crowns replaced. She had blocked out the entire morning specifically for my procedure. I was so anxious about it the night before that I couldn't sleep, and I was genuinely sick with anxiety the next morning. Even so, I went into the office that morning because I wanted to speak with her in person rather than simply calling to cancel. I was fully prepared for her to understandably be upset, especially knowing that she had set aside so much time for me and that I might have to pay a significant amount for the missed appointment. Instead, when I explained how severe my anxiety had been and apologized, she was incredibly kind and understanding. I actually cried a little because I was so touched by her response. I never expected to experience that level of empathy from a dentist. She didn't seem upset with me for even a second. She genuinely seemed to care about what I was going through. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lynch and her team to anyone who is fed up with feeling like they're being sold unnecessary dental work. She truly is one of a kind. Her approach is calm and informative. Her office does not push any unnecessary procedures. I had an extraction, plus a forty year old front crown replaced recently. They gave me great advice about flossing, electric toothbrushes, etc. For the first time in decades, my gums no longer bleed. If you want an honest, talented dentist you can trust, try Dr. Lynch!

Dr Castellano said it's not needed for my particular situation. He took the time to explain things and truly made me feel conformable about issues I have with my teeth. The dentist was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely attentive which is harder to find these days than it should be. Here's what really set them apart for me. During my visit, the dentist caught an issue that another office completely missed and took the time to show me the live photo and X-ray right there. Being able to actually see what was going on, instead of being talked at with vague descriptions, meant everything. That level of transparency builds trust fast. Now for the honest part. Even though they're in network with my insurance, their price was significantly higher than another practice I checked that was actually out of network. Same tooth, same procedure, totally different price point. Not ideal. But here's the thing. After the thorough exam and the amount of care that went into explaining the problem, I personally don't see the higher cost as a deal breaker. I'd rather pay for quality work that's done right the first time than cut corners, end up with complications, and pay even more later. This is the BEST place to go if you need a denture repair!…read more Prior to calling, I tried to get into Aspen Dental. They advertise repairs, while you wait. Sounds great, right? Except....they wanted to do X-rays of my mouth, and upsell me new dentures. I could tell that all I was to them is a sack of cash! Personally, I don't understand why they would need to do X-rays when the problem is a removable prosthetic device not part of my natural body. Sorry, but I don't willingly sign up to have my body dosed with radiation (unless there's a damn good reason to do so!). When I told them I'm not comfortable doing X-rays, I was told "it's non-negotiable". EFD didn't do any of that. I went in, dropped off the denture, and picked it up the next day. Great customer service. No hassles, no upselling. If and when I need new dentures, they will be my go-to. They did a great job on the repair.

When I made the appointment they told me they were checking my Insurance to verify everything would be good for my intake appointment. After my intake appointment I received a bill for the full price of the intake appointment. My insurance told me they (and most Insurances) don't approve 2D photos unless there is a medical necessity for them and that they billed the intake as a "Doctor Exam" which I had met my amount of Doctor Exams for the year of 2025. When I called them, I was told they only verify the Insurance would be accepted and they don't check to ensure insurance will cover the appointment, which is completely different than what I was told when I scheduled the appointment. So now I am on the hook for $200 and I am not even going to use them because of their shady business practices. I have always had apprehensive thoughts about dental work and I must Dr. Galloway is an awesome dentist who treated me exactly like I needed to be treated. Both Dr. Galloway and Lisa allayed my fears. A few days later I went in and had Dr. Purcell do some oral surgery extractions on my wisdom teeth. This guy has hands of gold! He kept on telling me if I felt "anything" -- to let him know as he did not want me to feel any pain (during a tooth extraction!). The best I can compare this procedure to was a cavity filling with a bit more pushing and pulling. I was listening to my audio book and barely realized a thing.
