Alex is the OPPOSITE. Alex is tenacious. He has a "can do" attitude, loves a challenge and won't leave till the job is done. It's so wonderful!!! In my situation, I had another contractor tell me what I wanted done was not possible then charged me $150 for coming out to survey the situation. Then I hired Alex. He came in and said "absolutely we can do this." He got it done and I am HAPPY. I am hiring Alex the next time I need this kind of work done. I know the job will get done right and with a genuine smile.

His AV service is top notch. He just completed setting up my home and pool complex. He brought the equipment I needed. His work is clean and spotless. Journey A\V has my highest recommendation. I refer him to all of my friends who want a highly connected audio experience throughout their homes // from TV mounting to AV whole house and patio sound. Alej does it all and has never disappointed - having completed several different work orders for me over the years. He's a true Pro.

I had the pleasure to have Larry, the president of the company, come and do my install. He was professional, efficient, and quick. He also took the time to set my tv up and explain the warranty process. I would suggest their services for your smart home needs.

Jeremy was our technician and he not only arrived on time for his appt, but he was a few minutes early, which is always appreciated. He was knowledgable and his work was thorough. He took time to give my father a tutorial on how to work all the features on the remote and how to access his Apple TV. This is the 2nd company my father has used for his entertainment system. The first company sent out a technician who spent two hours fidgeting with the equipment only to tell my dad he was unable to do what needed to be done. Our experience with Smart Home was the complete opposite. I could not recommend them enough.

One to install a 75" TV on a mount and hiding the wires behind the wall and to mount my 2 Sonos speakers in corners of our house. He came back a few days later to install a Sonos sound bar. Here's an example how he's good and thinks out of the box. I bought the suggested Sonos sound bar mount but he suggested using his since the sound bar can move with the TV once we swivel it. If he used the Sonos mount, it was stay on the wall. He also suggested using the supplied HDMI cord Sonos supplied versus the 3rd party I got from Amazon. He's amazing, efficient and I hope we can use him in the future! Thanks Carl!
