Then I found out the roofing company was able to come so we needed the trees along the side of the house trimmed prior to the roofing company coming. The crew returned in the afternoon and completed work quickly. Though they were the most affordable, there were a couple things that I wasn't happy about. The tree I had removed was close to my home, and was in the process of dying (already had limbs falling). While cutting it down, one of the limbs they cut hit the front side of home. Luckily, there was no damage caused that I know of- though the gutter was scratched and I'm sure the roof was scuffed. Secondly, they dropped large parts of the tree onto my concrete- this was a heavy tree so fortunate that the concrete wasn't damaged. A pro was they took time to cut out a section of the base of the tree so that I could preserve it- went above and beyond what was expected for the service. Though they were the most affordable, I did have a couple close calls where my property could have been damaged. Will most likely go with a different company next time.

We found out they were…read moreincorrectly billing lawn charges to my account, would leave gate open several times allowing dog to get out (even when we requested multiple times to close after using gate), and were not timely and very difficult to reach. We decided to give them another shot for this year and then they've been complete no-shows. After reaching out they finally responded saying that since there weren't any other people in the same neighborhood this year using them that they would no longer be mowing for us and told us to find someone else. We are very disappointed and unfortunately can recognize why other people in our neighborhood stopped their mowing services. I normally only leave good reviews however, this was very disappointing to see their lack of professionalism.
