I called WHC (Cindy) as I had worked with her in another industry and she was a super administrator. Cindy secured several bids to fix the sprinkler system, stayed during the service call of the selected repair company, and then re-programmed the system as instructed. She took photos of the problem and the repair and sent them to me. While at the house, she did a thorough walk-through to make sure everything else was in order. I can't recommend WHC highly enough. Roxanne Klopp at Jennette Properties has managed our investment properties for over 6 years, and…read morequite honestly, I don't know what we would do without her. She goes above and beyond in every way--professional, sharp, incredibly responsive, and genuinely cares. Managing multiple properties (especially with the challenges at Lakewood National Golf & Country Club) is no easy task, but Roxanne handles it all with confidence and grace. When issues arise, she doesn't just "manage"--she steps in, advocates, and gets things handled the right way. What sets her apart is her reliability and heart. She takes the stress off my plate and makes everything feel effortless, which is priceless. I trust her completely--and that's not something I say lightly. Additionally, I know my long term tenants have also shared the same sentiments regarding Roxanne's abilities to resolve any issue that should arise, no matter how big or small!  Roxanne is an absolute gem, and Jennette Properties is lucky to have her. If anyone deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise), it's her! Five stars isn't enough.

Then we came upon a rental from Florida West Coast Property Management and got in contact with Aimee Bahk. We knew we had to move quickly and Aimee helped get us through the process with ease! Aimee was friendly and professional. She knew the steps we were required to take for us to be approved as renters. Aimee quickly responded to any questions we had during the process. Once our move was successful, Aimee continued to keep in touch. We only had a couple of maintenance issues, which we considered normal, so we notified Aimee. Her response was fantastic! Aimee quickly got the help we needed for the repairs. On more than one occasion, Aimee would say "I appreciate you" as tenants. Well, we appreciate Aimee and want to thank her for all she has done to make our dream a reality!

You might say we were in an unhealthy, co-dependent relationship with our former management company. As in most relationships, it took a crisis for us to realize how badly our former manager was; our former tenant basically sold the property furniture out from under us and the manager claimed ignorance. Anyway, I digress. We were fortunate to have been referred to Florida West Coast Property Managers ("FWCPM") by a realtor when we were considering selling our property. The difference between our former management company and FWCPM could not be greater. Our manager Aimee Bahk is professional, courteous, and a delight to work with. She has helped us through many difficult situations such as finding new tenants and managing repair and installation work orders. If you are in need of excellent management for your rental property on the Florida west coast, look no further than the staff at Florida West Coast Property Management.

Her demeanor is professional, calm and laid back - no high-pressure sales schtick, Nancy was on point with everything we were looking for. I was on vacation in Sarasota and had a limited amount of time to look for houses (I take my beach-time seriously). Nancy took my 'wants, must haves, and would be nice to have' into consideration, she patiently drove me all over hill and yonder to visit several houses. On my last day of vacation, we finally found the house I was looking for in the perfect neighborhood and in our price range. We did a mail away closing she handled all phases of the process, it was so straight forward, she explained all the documents and it was as relatively stress-free as one can expect.
