The caprese salad offered a twist on an old favorite with an array of diversely coloured cherry tomatoes and torn shreads of beautifully fresh mozzarella di buffola. We also ordered the salumi board with scarmoza mozzarella which arrived ouzong on the board and provided a nice contrast to the buffola. The salumi board came with some amazing salumi including prosciutto San Daniele that melted in your mouth. Rounding off the meal we shared a pizza with porcini mushrooms and truffle oil which was light with minimal cheese and not too oily. My only regret not having enough time for desert.
