My son has Down Syndrome and he was received with open arms every day! I was nervous about the accommodations he would need, but the whole staff was able to accommodate him. We did need to fill out a form and receive doctor's consent, but once that was completed, he was good to go! My son loved it here. The separation anxiety only lasted about a few weeks, but once he was dropped off, he was quickly settled in with the help of the wonderful teachers and the directors. The food is great, cut up to bite sizes, their app is awesome (loved stalking my baby the whole day ;) the alerts you get with pictures was amazing! My daughter has been attending this school for 5 years, since she was just 6 weeks old. She has been in most of the classrooms along the way and even some of the extra-curricular programs they offer from time to time. The teachers and directors have worked with us to ensure she is successful and have even helped us with managing her ADHD related struggles and behaviors and find/implement positive solutions so that she can be the best she can be. They have addressed any concerns with love and care and have been honest with us along every milestone and change. The teachers they have are amazing and the ones that aren't dont last long. They treat the child as individuals and see the potential they each have. When there are struggles, they help to find solutions everyone is happy with. They treat us and our daughter like family. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who asks. read more

We have sent our two kids here for almost 2 years now and absolutely love it! The director and assistant director are so loving and caring and they're extremely communicative. Even with all the craziness with COVID, they ran everything incredibly well. The kid's well being and safety is always their #1 priority. Highly recommend it! read more

I love this Tutor Time! My daughters have attended for a little over 2 years. Director and front office is very soft and welcoming. The staff is always awesome.. they are involved and totally get my kids. They are a handful and the staff is hard working and understandable when they need space rather then blaming them and getting upset for their mood change. My daughter is in preschool class with Miss Annette. The days she's absent she tells me how much she misses her teachers and friends. I love that! My oldest is in school age where she is mostly with Mr. Latif and Miss Jennifer and Miss Alyssia. I'm glad the same staff have been there from the start! The daycare takes her to and from school. She has SOOO many options to do things there in the afternoon. Plus! We love when they have Lifetouch to come in and do their pictures! That's always fun.. read more

We were considering this location for our 5 month old daughter. I scheduled a tour for the morning of 2/21/20. When we arrived, we informed the woman sitting at the front desk why we were there. She asked us to wait while she went in the back. We waited about 5 minutes and she came back to ask if we could come back that afternoon as there was no one to give us a tour. I said we couldn't come back that day but I could leave my name and number for someone to call me. She said "Oh yes, this way you can schedule a tour". I said "Well that's what we did, that's why we're here" then she said "Well I don't work up here so I don't know what happened". Well it has been a week since this day and I have yet to receive that phone call. We are no longer considering this Tutor Time for child care. If they can't handle something as simple as a tour or a phone call, I don't trust them with my child. read more

I have been taking my children to this tutor time since 2019. They have been nothing but loving and compassionate. Even when covid happened they did their best to stay open and take the needed precautions to keep everyone safe. I love this location. If you have any child with any kind of behaviors or suffers from ADHD or is autistic or needs more attention/ patience than most kids or uses a different learning strategy than other kids. Please do NOT bring your child to Tutor Time or at least this location. My daughter who is 4 years old is one of those children whom I have described and this was probably the worst place I could of brought her. Everything was negative for her, they didn't seem to want to help her understand anything of what she was going through. My daughter would have a meltdown/ behavior and instead of helping her cope / learn HOW to cope with her emotions they would send her up to the front office or put her in a younger class. It started becoming a routine, she would have her meltdown/ behavior and they would bring her to the front and call me to pick her up. They decided to start an "intervention plan" when I communicated to them that I was seeking services for her behaviors and for her to be observed and perhaps diagnosed with whatever she may have, the "intervention plan" they came up with was made for her to fail and be disenrolled. The "intervention plan" was never made with the intent to help her, it was to cover there ass and have a reason to disenroll her. The plan basically stated strike one send to the front desk call mom for pick up, strike two suspend for a day and strike three disenrolled. Well she had a meltdown on a Thursday the "intervention plan" was given to me that same week the day before on Wednesday when they called on Thursday to come pick her up I get there and the director basically suspends her and tells me to keep her home Friday, didn't even follow the "plan" as this was her first strike, they suspend her, come Monday I dropped her off at 8:56, they called me by 9:30 to come pick my child up, I go and I am told that she is disenrolled. The "intervention plan" was never to help my child they never looked for ways to help her or different methods. This Tutor Time doesn't like kids who have any kinds of learning difficulties or kids who are simply different and need a bit more than just your basic lazy teaching. Oh and there excuse to why they had to always call me was because they are short staffed and cannot keep my child at the front desk, which is fine but we are all short staffed including myself, to me it was a lame excuse as to why I NEEDED to pick my child up. But I am so GLAD I did and now she is in a MUCH BETTER preschool who is actually doing the job that this Tutor Time could never do. read more

I have two children. One in the infant program and the other in the school age program for the summer. I love the staff who run the infant room. They get to know you and your baby and they're super warm and attentive. I like that they separate the infants into two sets of age groups later in the day, so the crawlers aren't all over the newborns. It definitely seems less hectic. I don't feel comfortable with the school age program. There seems to be very little supervision. Every time I pick up my son he tells me about other kids being mean or inappropriate. Today he told me two kids used swear words while arguing with each other. I've decided to stop taking my older child here but do appreciate the girls who watch my infant, so I will be continuing for his care. read more

If you have a child with special needs, don't even bother. They won't even give your kid a chance. You'll just waste your time. The woman giving us the tour kept talking about things that might be difficult. I get it those things might be difficult and they might not be. I don't know. He's never been in a daycare before. But we are just looking for someone to give him a chance. He's not aggressive. All his behaviors are just normal 2 year old behaviors. He just doesnt talk. Yet she kept talking about autistic kids being aggressive and how they had to let go of a biter. Not every child is the same. Every child deserves a chance. If we don't give every child a chance how can we expect them to grow. read more

Our children have attended Tutor Time for the past two years. The staff and teachers are absolutely PHENOMENAL! When our son started here, he was speech delayed and struggling to keep up with his age group. With patient and caring teachers, a strong curriculum, and being surrounded by his peers, he is now showing advanced in his age group! Our daughter began in their infant room. Her teachers were comforting and caring, ensuring that her needs were met. The staff have consistently worked in partnership with us to ensure that our children are getting the support and care that they need. We are in constant communication. I truly feel that we are a team! This is the BEST place around! I couldn't imagine our kids anywhere else! read more

Don't be fooled by the glossy exterior & high tech, flashy interior. It DOES NOT mean you will get better child care. There is only one reason corporate owned daycares exist - to make money. It's a numbers game - enrolling as many kids as possible, while paying their (mostly) inexperienced, childless & straight out of high school, uneducated "teachers" the least they can, and charging anywhere from $800-$900 a month for glorified babysitting. The good, honest, loving employees are few & far between. Most will smile in your face & tell you everything is perfect when it's not, simply so you don't pull your money, er... child out of the school. Unreported injuries, creative accident reports & unexplained injuries run rampant. So do the children. I never once picked up my child to see them fully engaged - they were always running wild in every corner of the room. Tell me how 2 19 year old "teachers" are really capable of watching for every single child in that situation, let alone for 8-10 hours. It's impossible. Turnover & burnout is extremely high, which is never good for a child. Management will do whatever they can to make you feel & think that everything is fine, but in reality they are always in "CYA" mode. Unfortunately, this is not just exclusive to this childcare location - a lot of childcares are like this. Unfortunately, hard working parents who feel obligated to work & utilitize these overpriced babysitting centers end up justifiying sending their children their to save their sanity, pushing down that little voice that tells them otherwise. It's sad & disgusting that childcare has gotten to this point. Shame on the money grubbing corporate pigs - hope you've heard of karma. read more
