One of the things we like most about Michele is how she teaches the kids responsibility. I appreciate that emotion can influence personal bias in reviews, so I will avoid any subjective comments and highlight my objective experience withdrawing from Everbrook and Everbrook's failure to honor its legal obligations. After giving notice of my child's last date at Everbrook, the director offered to accelerate our departure and waive the notice penalty that would otherwise result from withdrawal. We did not accept the offer in favor of continuous care, and so my child could have an opportunity to say goodbye to his friends and teachers in support of his transition. The week before our scheduled last day, my child forgot a stuffed animal in Everbrook at pick-up. To my shock, my access code had been disabled and we were locked out of the building, despite still having another week under contract. What's more egregious - a daycare center unilaterally breaching a legal contract to provide childcare, or preventing a four year old from saying goodbye to the teachers he's been around for 90% of his life? I'm not sure, but it's an interesting decision for an industry that survives on reputation and mitigating liability.

We then experienced a minor complication regarding the boys' age group (by no fault of ISW, but CCN). Once again Danielle swiftly did all she could to remedy the situation and somehow find room for two extra children! As a single mom, you can imagine I was extremely stressed. Danielle, Brittany & Rachel all miraculously made this hasty, unexpected transition run smoothly! Since the boys have been attending day care at ISW, they've learned so much! They've made several new friends & have had many new experiences! I love the pictures sent to my email almost daily showing the fun & education experienced by my boys. We had started my son off in a different day care facility and he had a tough time adjusting - he would cry every day when we dropped him off. But when he started off at Childtime, the crying bouts stopped and in fact, he refused to come back home when it was time to pick him up! He really loved the teachers, staff and the kids here. We had to unfortunately move to a different state in a few months and leaving Childtime was the hardest thing we had to do. Its been over 5 months since we moved but my son (who is 3.5 years) still talks about his old school and his classmates from Childtime. The director (Ms Becky) and assistant director (Ms Nicole) were the best. They were extremely attentive and were very open to parent's needs. The teachers - Ms. Megan, Ms. Abby, Ms. Rachel and many others were extremely loving, kind and patient. The facilities were clean, with a large play ground and several toys. There were regular updates (with pics) from the teachers, several activities that kept your child intellectually and physically stimulated. Overall, it was a well rounded curriculum that made it a pleasant and enjoyable experience for the kids. We still love Childtime and really wish we could go back there.

I enrolled my daughter who was a about a year at KinderCare Silver Springs Northville and pulled her out of the center in about 3 months time. My daughter was injured at the facility and "no one knows what happened". As soon as I picked my daughter up from daycare instantaneously I knew something was wrong with her. Once I got her home I was able to calm her down and noticed she wasn't using her left arm and was in serious pain if you touched her hand/forearm. I had to take her to the emergency room to find out she had a dislocated elbow. Due to Covid, you get no updates, no one speaks to you about the wellbeing of your child. They simply pass your child through a door into the vestibule with no real information about your kid. Do I think someone injured purposely? No, I understand accidents happen. But either someone injured her and is lying OR they are not paying attention to the kids enough to notice she was injured. Either scenario is unacceptable. The Director of the facility ensured that she would call me to provide an update and it has been over three weeks and not a single word. When a child is injured on your watch you should be doing everything you can to find answers. The Director actually had the audacity to ask if my daughter was injured before school - when there are pictures of my daughter that day using her left arm on their online application. Pictures that they took! They didn't notice her fall, didn't notice if someone picked her up wrong, they didn't notice if she cried at anytime during the day to be concerned and they should have noticed. A kid doesn't get a dislocated elbow without it being known either by crying, screaming, babying their arm. She didn't even lift her arms up for me to pick her up at daycare and burst into tears as soon as we walked out of the door. How could they have NOT noticed her injury? The situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner and I have told all of my friends about this incident. They can't believe the Director has not taken this situation more serious and acted in an appropriate manner. I have to sit here and question what happened to my daughter. I have had to deal with her not wanting to use her arm, disrupted sleep from bein upset and being cautious of her elbow to ensure it isn't reinjured (which can happen more easily now that it has already occurred). I have talked to friends who have their kids enrolled at a neighboring facility and found out the person who last changed her diaper was sent to the Northville facility after having performance issues. Did she accidently do something? I have no idea and will never know due to the lack of communication and professionalism from this daycare.

So far so good, they haven't lost a kid, no damage and they even learn stuff to boot.read more
