We've been part of this childcare center for four years now, and I truly can't say enough wonderful…read morethings about the experience. From the leadership to the teachers, this place has been such a blessing for our family. First, I have to give a huge thank you to Courtney, the director. Since she took over, I have always felt heard, supported, and cared for. She leads with so much heart and compassion. When my mom was going through chemo and I needed extra flexibility with my daughters' schedules, Courtney was there for us without hesitation. She always made it a point to ask how my mom was doing--it meant the world to me. And then there are the teachers, who are truly some of my favorite people. Wendy and Caitlin in the infant room gave my girls the most loving start. Their warmth and care made it so easy to drop off my babies each day knowing they were in the best hands. Ms. Mary and Ms. Jenny always greeted my girls with the biggest smiles and morning hugs--it set such a positive tone for their day. Ms. Kameryn has been a favorite from the very beginning. The way she greets the girls each morning with genuine excitement and joy makes them light up. She's fun, caring, and truly meant to do this work. We've also loved the time we've had with Ms. Carrie and Ms. Rohini--their kindness and care do not go unnoticed. Ms. McKenzie is another favorite! She always makes it a point to say hello to the girls, and it's clear she truly loves what she does. Ms. Saher is so kind and gentle--and my girls adore when she does their hair (she's the best at braids!). Ms. Suzie, who makes the meals, deserves a special mention too. She's often the first one to greet the girls with a warm hug in the morning, and they absolutely adore her. On days when drop-off has been a little rough, she's been right there with a comforting smile and a snack to help turn things around. Mr. Robert is a gem of a human. Watching him interact with kids--especially when they're having tough moments--is nothing short of amazing. He has a gift for connecting with them on their level and helping them feel seen and understood. And finally, our GSRP teachers, Ms. Theresa and Ms. Crystal, have been incredible. My oldest comes home every day excited to share what she's learned and all the fun things they did together. This entire team has made such a lasting impact on our family. The love, patience, and joy they bring to their work every single day shine through in everything they do. We're so grateful to have found a place that truly feels like an extension of our family.

The management of this daycare cares more about the money than the children. We felt helpless that…read moreour concerns cannot go anywhere b/c we're dealing with a big corporate company behind this daycare, and the director never seemed to care about our concerns. 1.Tuition increases every 6 months: Our kid stayed with this place for about 17 months, and they increased tuition 3 times already. 2. This place is following strictly to the sick policy that child must stay home for at least 48 hours! (Note that most of the other daycares and schools only require 24 hour) And they falsely claimed our child was sick many times! We've suggested the director to let the corporate consider changing the policy to 24 hours, and the director told us he wanted to be cautious so he would stay with the rule. And the director refused to bring our suggestion to his leader. We would definitely want our kid to stay home if he is not feeling good or sick, but our kid was forced to be out at least twice a month while he was completely healthy, and this place didn't consider letting us come back based on any of doctor's note or test results. Here comes the worst part - after we gave our two week notice that our kid was leaving the place, the director called us the last Monday of the week and claiming our kid had pink eye, and the rule was to be away from school for at least 24 hour. When I picked up my kid, his eyes were not swollen or not even red. I took my son to the pediatrician immediately, and of course after the examination, the doctor wrote us a note saying our kid had no problem and could return the following day because he was all fine. I'm not sure what game the management was trying to play with us to keep our kid away from school, the director just uses the sick policy at his own advantage so the school can keep the kid count low and have fewer teachers on-site. We didn't feel our kid was welcome to the place since our kid got kicked out so many times while he was completely healthy (and we still paid the full tuition amount every week). 3. Our kid got hurt at this place twice and we didn't get contacted right away: The first incident happened during his first month at this place (when our kid was only 11 month old) we noticed a big bruise on his leg (it looked like someone squeezed his leg too hard while changing diaper) We didn't get any notification about this until we realized the purple bruise when our kid got home. We asked the director about the incident and he had no clue what happened. The 2nd time our kid got a deep scratch between his eyes. This happened because one of the teachers accidentally scratched our kid's face with a broom. This scratch almost went into his eye. We learned about the incident when we picked up our kid the end of the day, not immediately after this happened, and only the teacher apologized to us. When we asked the director about this, his response was "He won't have a scar so don't worry." And he didn't apologize or explain to us what happened. We understand accidents happen, but every time when the director told us to stay away from school for 48 hours because of illness they claimed our kid had, he always called us immediately and was very vocal and firm about following the company's policy, and when our kid got hurt by the teacher, the director did not seem to care. If we didn't reach out to him, he might never speak to us about this. How can the director be so dismissive about the kids' safety but care so much about following sick policy?
