I went to a different dentist for a second opinion got a consultation, x-ray, cleaning, and a wisdom tooth pulled, and only paid 100. After asking why I had to pay for consultation after being told it was free and when I asked why they said first they would never tell someone the consultation was free. After that, they changed what they said to "I only had to pay for the consultation because I got an x-ray done." So I wouldn't have been charged if I did not get an x-ray but you still would have given me consultation on a broken tooth without an x-ray. Maybe I need more knowledge on the subject but that does not make sense.

This has delayed necessary treatment due to their lack of honesty.

He did the root canal (put a crown on the tooth) and the tooth has, of course hurt pretty bad, but I can't drink anything the least bit cold....it hurts like electricity is going through it when I drink anything cold/cool. I called and the receptionist said that she would give the message to Dr. Hayes' assistant. I called again yesterday and no one has called back. The tech was always great. DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Hayes also botched two crowns up. He had a young dentist working there, Dr. Coffee. Who was absolutely great. He told me that he was going to make things right at no charge. It took 3 months to get crowns that fit my bite, but he fixed Dr. Hayes's notched attempt.
