Unfortunately, for us, dinner at this Hardee's location was literally horrid. I just tried to complete the survey via receipt, but apparently it is too late to make a comment. Hardee's Drive thru - December 23, 2019 6PM - absolutely horrible service! Strange employees were wandering around inside the kitchen looking confused. Everything looked dirty, too. The lady at the window did not even say one word to us! We ordered the Thickburger meal, but only got the burger. She did give fries, and a soft drink, but she neglected to ring it up as a meal. We were back on the highway, trying to make it to Charleston for our engagements. My husband started eating his burger, and said it tasted terrible. The burger was over cooked and dry, with tasteless, low quality produce. He said he couldn't even taste the tomato. After a few bites, he suddenly stopped eating it. I ate most of the fries. Later that evening we both became very ill, and we had to just return to our hotel, canceling our plans.
