The "fishing" game lawyers play is such a bad experience, I hate it all and never thought I'd be needing representation for this type of case; i believe in what's right is right and have come to realize that one thing can impact a persons ability and daily life in a snap of fingers. I was thankfully referred to Josh Allton by another professional I trusted for a completely unrelated matter... we kept in contact and Josh hands down truly cares, and so compassionate. Months passed and I was unfortunately hit head on at the worst time of my life and I'm truly devastated by this loss and possibly life long suffering and pain caused from a this recent collision. The debilitating pain and unsure future caused me to reach out to Josh and inquiry further; to my heart he took me under his wing and immediately took control and I have some what of a relief and any positive thoughts or just simple care and plan of action is truly appreciated and unmatched. I know it may be a long road of hopeful recovery but I fully stand and believe that I'm in the best care and hands with Josh and his team. I cannot thank you enough for your support and your work as progress is coming, I have no reluctance and in the end, being able to answer a call and respond with please talk to my lawyer is the most valuable part of this process along with the healthcare, communication and arrangements that are being worked on. read more

I got the opportunity to work with Elsie. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She made my entire experience very pleasant and smooth. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone. Keep up the great work! read more

Would I recommend Tush Law as an attorney for personal injury? The answer is YES! I had a dog bite incident that was very bloody at an acquaintance's home while house/dog sitting. I had to be rushed to the ER. Tush Law was recommended by another law firm for me, and they went above and beyond expectations! Not only did Tush Law lower my medical bills, but they got me a settlement that was above the expected amount! They sent me to a competent hand surgeon, as well as had outstanding communication every step of the way. From hearing about the details of my case to the steps and processes of where we we're at, Tush Law gets five stars in my book. Shout out to Alan Turlington who is a great attorney as well as Marvell(hope I'm saying her name right), she's on their legal team, who kept in communication with me and informed me of every step of the process! read more

I was in search of a personal injury attorney to represent me in a case I thought was a lost cause. Luckily I came across Alan and his team and they helped me navigate through a very confusing and scary experience. From the start as soon as I reached out to them they were very always very responsive and made me feel very comfortable. Yaira helped with our case. She was always on top of everything. Gave me updates even when not asked. Never hesitant with anything. Never felt like I had to reach out to them because they were always in communication. Not once did this firm make me feel like nothing was being done for me or a sense laggness on their part. As for Alan, his professionalism and knowledge really shines through. Very happy and impressed with their level of service and care. Hopefully I won't have to go through it again, but if I did I know who I'm calling! read more

Alan stood by my side for almost 2.5 years with my personal injury case. He didn't give up on me and for that I cannot thank him enough. He fought for me and exhausted every possible option to get me the most money with my legal battle. It paid off by waiting and having him guide me the entire way. The process was long but if you need a PI attorney this is your man. Thank you Alan for all that you did for me. I am a better person for knowing you now. read more

I'm so thankful to Tush Law! I was T-boned in August 2019 at an unprotected left when another car tried to beat the light. The other driver was at fault and I had 3 witnesses to back me on it. The driver from the towing company recommended a lawyer he had used to win his case. I immediately contacted his attorney and to my dismay he didn't want to take me as a client. My type of crash is difficult to defend apparently. THANKFULLY he said he knew a guy who he felt confident could work with me which was Alan from Tush Law. I spoke to Alan right away and to my relief he would take my case. From that point on I didn't interact much if at all with Alan. I was only in contact with Yaira and she was amazing! I am so appreciative to her! She is always quick to get back to me and so knowledgeable. It was difficult to get things done with the pandemic which I'm sure is why we finally settled 2 years later (Sept 2021) But I kept the faith and stayed patient. I was hesitant and skeptical at times but I just made sure to take all the advice that was given to me by Tush Law. Even when my chiropractor said due to the type of accident I had, going through a lawyer won't get me much and at the end might not be worth all the trouble (he had past clients with the same case who walked with peanuts). Welp, I'm sorry they didn't hire Tush Law. It was definitely worth it! I finally met Alan at our mediation and he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He explained things to me where I understood easily. He was understanding and empathetic to what I've gone through. I'm very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Alan and his team. read more
