As others have said, Shane answers the phone himself and made himself available to me outside working hours. After vetting other attorneys, I did not encounter anyone that actually made me feel like a priority until Shane. Regarding my employment legal issue, Shane clearly explained what I needed to say during negotiations to meet my desired outcome and I was able to successfully negotiate a higher dollar amount in my favor. His hourly rate is fair given how invested he was throughout my issue and he refunds any unused time. I just called and got a very reasonable response time call back from Shane. I'm only writing this review to note that for one, he was exactly as his reviews suggest about being helpful and realistic and very pleasant to deal with. What's more important was that he was able to inform me he could help us with a specific need we had which is work or employment related. After calling other attorneys who were very pleasant they all informed me that they could only file lawsuits. Our issue is one of false or misleading information that may go on my wife's employment record which we think is detrimental to her reputation and is not based in fact. He understood exactly what my call was about and why we would want to challenge or expunge negative mischaracterizations. I found this exceptional. Another attorney had told us we had 4 categories we had to fall into or we were out of luck. Very pleasant but that was it.
