Wonderful & exceptional service, views, simple but versatile menu & perfect for a little stop in. Will be returning. Loved seat at the Bar. (Krystal & Raquel) Grand Patio.

    Pretty views, terrible restaurant.

From the outside, this place looks great and their deck out back has amazing views. Otherwise it took us 45 minutes for someone to take our food order, and another 45 to get the food. This was on a Wednesday night. We had to flag down the one waitress who was hustling to cover most tables after the waiter assigned to us just... never came back. The owner of the place was there but not jumping in to help, just complaining about unemployment and the cost of doing business. There were only ten tables of people since they had a large section cordoned off, so the excuses of "we're so busy!" we're a little hard to swallow. Speaking of hard to swallow, the food was overcooked and definitely nothing to write home about. Skip the food and come here for a drink and the views, but be prepared to go order your drink yourself at the bar.

Pulled pork sandwich and side salad. I had already eaten the coleslaw.

The food was amazing, they were short staffed and the bartender waited on our table and did great!

Ambience is very nice, food was overly seasoned though, very very salty. I would suggest sitting outside if it's not too hot

GPS was sort of confused on how to get there, so I followed the signs on the road thru the golf course.

Bigfoot burger and rosemary fries 1000/10 Cashew chicken, which came with a choice of rice (I got fried), sautéed vegetables (delicious) and an award-worthy egg roll. Chicken was good, but not as good as the burger. I think they use chicken breast, I'm more used to having thighs in these types of dishes. Just a personal preference. The egg roll, however was delicious. Two pints (and then two more) of the hef on draft to seal the deal. In short: go if you get a chance, go without any hesitation! Food is delicious, the venue is very cute and service is incredibly attentive and speedy! You won't regret it!

(Never got used to the cold version in Boston.) It was a mixture of lobster and other seafood but quite nice. My side was a green salad with a vinaigrette dressing and it was really fresh and good. My dinner companion had the truffle fries as his side. I couldn't resist stealing a few from his plate and they were very tasty. He ordered a Santa's Nightcap seasonal cocktail made with eggnog, rum, coffee liquer, whipped cream, and topped with a gingerbread man! I had an espresso martini. It was fine. I have nothing to compare it to since it was my first. The inside was nice but a bit on the small side. The booths had been reserved so we sat at a table in the middle of the room. The woman who waited on us was very welcoming. I must also mention the dog-friendly patio, complete with heat lamps. It looked magical decorated with hundreds of tiny lights. This restaurant is definitely a place to try. You can't miss it due to the giant Bigfoot statue on the sign in front!

Had an excellent filet served perfectly blue-rare as requested. Great cut of meat without a blemish. Didn't get to see any live music or use of the opera house. Can't wait to return again and check this box as well.

This place popped up on the map nearby and was chosen by a family member. We went in for an early dinner around 5pm, with a reservation as other reviews said to reserve and we had 8 people. At that time, we didn't need to book anything, was plenty of space, but by the time we left it had filled up in the front bar and seating area near the fireplace and the dining room in the back where we had been. The food was solid. A couple people in our group ordered the ribeye which was good, a burger, and we had 2 servings of the green chile pork stew, that was my favorite thing. It had a really nice green chile flavor and some good heat to it. I liked the cheese, sour cream, and delicious tortillas served with it. I ordered a glass of wine but I didn't love it, it was a heavier red than I like, should have had a beer or iced tea. All in all, a unique restaurant to have a family dinner, with an old time ambiance and modern service & food. They have a door to the old opera house area that people can go check out, it was definitely run down and lackluster back there. Doesn't seem to be used at this time and smelled of fried food. Maybe kitchen smells waft back there. Not much of a draw, however the front entrance and saloon area was cool. They had a live musician, couldn't hear it in the back dining room but I saw him by the big painting of cartoonish nude woman.

This is a multi dimensional review…read more Dry Point Distillers. This is one of the best bars in Las Cruces. They not only distil their own spirits, but they invent some great cocktails as well. Last night I had a double shot of Blue Corn Bourbon neat, an Old Fashioned with Rye, and two Kentucky Mules, all while participating in Trivia Las Cruces with my two new friends, Paulina and Steve. (We finished second). The mixologists behind the bar were great. They got my drinks to me with grace and speed and every cocktail was perfection. I appreciate the both of you very much, Dry Point also carries a small number of New Mexico breweries products, which, based on the chalkboard they were listed on much change from time to time. If you are looking for a great place to hang out with your friends for drinks, I can think of no better place than Dry Point. Stone Crow Gourmet Stone Crow Gourmet, owned by Chef Gary is located inside Dry Point as an independent entity. Perhaps one of the best things to happen was the joining of these two business. Stone Crow Gourmet takes a great bar and turns it into a great gastro-pub. I had the Smoked Salmon Crostini and I had to get a box to take some home. For those of you familiar with Crostini they are typically sliced baguettes with a smattering of goodness. Not these Crostini, these were full side French bread slice on the diagonal with generous portions of flavorful joy. I ordered the full order which was six Crostini and that friends was too much. I was able to eat two of them there, I shared one each with the aforementioned mixologists and took two home, one of which now remains after a great midnight snack. The Crostini also came with a fresh salad with tomatoes, cucumbers marinaded in something, tasty greens, all drizzled with Gary's house made vinaigrette I also got a chance to taste Chef Gary's house made Barbeque sauce and it is sweet and spicy bit of liquid magic, Can't wait to try it on a pulled pork sandwich or the rib tips. If you have been to Dry Point then you probably know everything I just said, but if you haven't been, and you enjoy gastronomical delights and great cocktails, get thee to Dry Point and Stone Crow Gourmet
