She's always sweet to me even though I was the reason for multiple delays with my first order. She has an amazing work ethic, she puts her customers first and she remembers her customers by face when they walk into her shop. I can tell you from experience she cares more about her clients then making a sale. My son gets excited knowing we're going to go by her so he can play fetch with and pet Finn her doggy while we're there. I was recommended by a waiter from a nearby restaurant to come see her because as he said, she's really good and they get all their uniforms thru her! Their uniforms look good! My first visit went like this: I walk in with 4 shirts in a bag. There were two customers already in line. I noticed right away the rapport Paola had with them. They were getting things made for their employees. One guy was getting shirts, jackets and hats from the in-store inventory in various sizes and designs for Paola to customize for his new employees. That took quite a few minutes which i understood. Two people walked in after me and she recognized them immediately. Paola asked me if they could please go ahead of me as she already knows their orders and it'll be quick and that way she can dedicate more time to me afterwards since she would have to work with me to draw out my design. Of course I agreed and she was right, they both were done within a minute. Paola then walked me thru her process and made sure everything I requested was correct, she even brought over the spool of yarn to ensure that was the exact color I was requesting. She told me she would text me within 2 days with a sample embroidery of my design. Two days later (on a Friday) Paola texted me with the prefect embroidered sample. Unfortunately I misplaced my phone while it was on silent and didn't find it until after 9p that night. I felt horrible when i found my phone and saw that Paola had texted me throughout the day and kept her shop open two hours late because she was so worried that something had happened to me and she wanted to make sure i was safe! I reached out to her the following morning and again her concern was for my safety, she never once treated me differently because I made things harder for her. I've never had anyone care for my personal safety outside of being a client ever, but as time went on I've found out that, that's just who she is as a person! Monday came and i brought two more shirts to her along with a request to change one of the two designs as well as the placement of said design. Her response was yes, no problem, I'm so glad you're okay, i was so worried for you. She asked me to text a picture of the design and she'd send me a new embroidered sample. I found a picture of what I wanted online. I didn't confirm the color on the changed design and realizing this Paola sent me a mock up of the design before making the embroidered sample. I accidently confirmed the wrong colors. The following day i messaged her asking if she had done it already, knowing full well if she had completed my order it was on me for being wrong. Thank God, something told her to wait on it and she listened. We then confirmed the colors and she told me she'd have it done by the following week. The following week came and I was out of town most of the week so I had to delay my pick up date. When I finally got my order, it was better than I could've expected! My husband looks so good in the clothes Paola made for him! He always had a thing with not finding shirts that both fit him well and look good and thanks to Paola he now feels confident in her designs! Thanks Paola! We recommend everyone use your service. You're an amazing woman who runs your business with a golden heart. We appreciate you and will be returning for all of our needs!

I ordered 8 custom shirts for myself and 7 other classmates…read more All the shirts had a word spelled incorrectly with 3 shirts each having different addition errors. When I returned to the store, the owner refused to give me my money back, stating that he would not eat the cost. He then said he would remake them all, which I replied that WOULD BE eating the cost just the same. He told me he did not appreciate my attitude and would not refund my money. I told me it was bad customer service that I should have to come back there a fifth time, wasting my time, wasting my money, putting additional mileage on my car, because of his error. He did not care and refused to make it right. He was rude and the work was sub par. I will NEVER buy from them again and I want to warn others so they do not make my same mistake. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

    I walk in, the kid asks what I'm looking for. I tell him that I want a blank galaxy hat. He takes…read moreme over to the hats. There isn't any blank ones. Fine, I opt for a black and purple one. I get my word set up, I pay for it, then come back 30 minutes later for it. Upon walking through the door, what do I see on a table to the Rigby of me when you walk in a few steps?? BLANK GALAXY HATS!!!!! I pick one up and look at the kid behind the desk. I walk up to him and he goes "Oh wow, I'm so sorry! We already made your hat though" and proceeds to show me it. I go, "That's cool, but I wanted this hat, and you told me you didn't have any" He replies "I forgot about those..." He asks the sales girl next to him if there's anything they can do and she just shakes her head and goes "all sales are final because they're all custom made." ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME?! You work at the damn store! How do you NOT know wtf you sell?! I paid for ANOTHER hat, 50 something dollars later. He then asks me "Did you know that we sold galaxy hats or was it just a guess"? I tell him "If I knew ya'll sold the galaxy hat in the 1st place, do you think I would have gotten the 1st hat and proceeded to make a big deal??" He THEN points to another guy saying how he's a dj and could put me on the radio if that made me feel better. Hello?! I would tell people not to shop here if you put me on the radio! "It would make me feel better if you just simply made up for your mistake" He hands me BOTH hats and I walk out. I will never shop here again! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
