His daughter lives in the building and has had the cops called on her many times because of her erratic behavior and abuse towards her girlfriend. I pay over 1000 a month and have constant issues with roaches. Just waiting for the bedbugs to come because of the hotel like atmosphere. You're supposed to have a background check to stay here and they rent out the Airbnb to anyone. Anyone who has stayed here knows the code. It hasn't changed in years. I thought I was safe here and I'm not. I have to hear I'm going to kill you from the owners daughter to her girlfriend. I was very, very surprised when I found out that was his daughter. Totally unprofessional and the cops have been called on them many many times. Owner could care less about the people that live here, just worries about the Airbnb. Haven't been renting to the greatest people lately. The doors are always broken so you can only go in the front door. You have been warned. This really could be pages long, but I'm keeping it simple.

I've lived in a lot of apartments before this and it was always hard to get ahold of anyone. The park place staff is always eager to help. If they miss your call they call you back within a few hours. When I moved into my apartment it looked like a brand new apartment that had never been lived in and the quality of everything was super nice. I would totally recommend anyone to live here.

After moving out, management charged her $150 for carpet cleaning even though the carpet was not soiled. We took videos at move-out that clearly show the carpets were clean and in good condition. We have called several times and sent multiple emails disputing the charge, but management has completely ignored us. This is especially frustrating because while my mother lived there, the office staff would respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Once you move out, however, it seems they are no longer interested in responding. It is also disappointing because it feels like they are taking advantage of an older woman living on a limited income by imposing a charge that does not appear justified. Based on our experience, I would be cautious about moving here if you want to avoid being nickel-and-dimed with questionable move-out charges. The communication and responsiveness after move-out have been very disappointing.

This is the most money-hungry apartment complex I've ever lived in. They charge up to $100 in…read moremiscellaneous fees per month for basically nothing. Their pricing is also unfair depending on when you sign your lease -- rates for every floor plan dropped by $200-400 within just two months of my signing. So residents who signed early and paid full price end up subsidizing the ones who waited. That's exactly how they've changed their attitude toward existing tenants. Webash Lofts has no competitive advantage compared to any other apartment in the area. On top of that, it's not just the walls that are paper-thin -- the ceilings are too. I live on the first floor, and I can hear my upstairs neighbor's footsteps so clearly it doesn't even sound like it's coming from above me -- it's like there's only a thin sheet of cardboard between us. Any noise gets amplified at night. The windows and balcony design are also poorly thought out -- even with the windows fully closed, flies and mosquitoes still find their way in. I doubt I'm the only resident who's noticed this. Please don't be swayed by the other glowing reviews -- they only serve to maintain a superficially positive image, while the reality is far from it. Not all of those reviews are necessarily genuine. Take this seriously and choose somewhere else.
