But as all five-star hotels promise a lot but in practice differ from each other a bit, I can confirm: five water slides in the large pools area provide really extraordinary fun, while for those who need more calm atmosphere there are several smaller pools among villas and trees. Direct access to the beach is an obvious asset. Food choice is impressive, even as for the place of this class. The staff is with no exception polite and supportive. Extremely high amount of Russian guests these days.

The slides could be longer open and the indoor pool a bit warmer. The SPA is especially useful during rainy, cloudy days. The beach is ok but not great (mix of sand and stones, unfortunately the hotels right and left from belek beach are not taking care of their beaches leading to a lot of rubbish/garbage laying around). The rooms differ a lot and often noise is disturbing (eg from AC machines). Service is in general very good.

The rooms are clean, beautiful parks and great swimming pools, live singing performances at night time, a very good kitchen and tons of varieties of food. All the waiters are friendly and quick service. There is also a restaurant which is open for snacks 24 hours. The spa is great for massage. I would highly recommend turkish hamam with full body coffee scrub. Didn't like the pedicure from the salon because there wasn't no massage and scrub. She basically did my french tip nail that was started to chip after 2 days. The beach is only 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Vey fewer activities are open during winter time. Recommend checking weather because half of the pools were closed due to rain and cold.

You can imagine the waiting times. - very good kitchen and a great choice of food...but a completely disorganized restaurant service - a beautiful park and great swimming pools - a very good beach service and great activities - a male animation team that is disrespectful of women - a very good child club with wonderful people - multicultural environment with guests from all around the world - friendly reception...but they probably get a bonus when they upsell you something... - a good Spa - great evening shows and parties but nobody never sleeps before midnight! Nevertheless... 3rd time in Turkey and the best hotel so far... Would need a few weeks coaching to get it completely right + plus an investment in elevators and tubes

The room bedding was poor with stiff mattresses and lousy hard pillows. The buffet food served during the lunch hour was again served for the dinner, warmed up, which made the meats unchewable. Let alone, the hotel poor laborers from poor countries were scolded before us for smallest mistakes. Dramatically the hotel cherishes photos of Modi (PM of India), who does not deserve such welcome in such a civilized country like Turkey. The hotel has set up an outside room and designated it as Masjid, which is open to all environmental elements, rather cold small room for 10 people, with paint peeling off from the walls, damp and smelly. We reported this Masjid room condition to the management, which is quite a contrast to the grandeur façade of the hotel. But funny to see that their reaction was none, a fluent English speaking staff restrained from understanding our conversation about the Masjid. Final event, my husband forgot his expensive watch in the main Lobby bathroom sink while washing, and it disappeared within 15 minutes of his returning to the bathroom and was never found. Even though requested, the hotel never bothered to check the CC cameras. We have returned to the United States of America with such poor memories of this so-called resort hotel Spice.
