The wide variety of food was really nice (although very salty), and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed the convenience of the game room. The facilities were also very pleasant, modern, and clean. I also found the WhatsApp concierge/assistance service to be extremely convenient. Ferdi was always so responsive to my questions, and it made our stay a lot more seamless. Our one complaint was that our first room (1217) seemed to have a somewhat foul stench in it--almost like rotten cheese or gym shoes. Luckily, they happily moved us to another room the next day, but we noticed a slight stench in that room's closet too, although not as strong. The room layouts are a bit odd, where the shower is directly adjacent to the main room area, so there's no way to change after your shower without entering the main room area. This would pose a challenge if you're trying to maintain some privacy after showering. It would be much more practical for there to be a "dry" area outside the shower but still within an enclosed bathroom where you could change. Aside from some nit-picks about the room though, we really enjoyed our stay.

The mini bar inside of your room is always refilled everyday!! I like the fact that the lounge area where the bars are they always serve you chips and peanuts and drink. You're truly spoiled when you're there! The spa is amazing! The inside pool is small but the sauna and Turkish bath was awesome!!!! Everyone has to experience a Turkish bath at least once in their lifetime! Table tennis is around every corner. If you want to play any kind of sport you just go to the animation desk and ask them for it. The animation team is fun and friendly! I like the fact that they remember your name! They are such friendly people. Here is a word of advice I strongly hope you take into consideration! Please do not pay 80-90 euros for the cab drivers to take you to old Antalya! That is a god damn rip off. YOU CAN RENT A CAR FOR 20 EUROS FOR THE WHOLE DAY!! The car rental has a gsp on it so it will take you a where your heart desires! Having the cab driver take you there for 80-90 bucks is a fucken rip off and they know it! They only stay there 4 hours and it takes about an 45 min to an 1 hour to get there! Don't do it! Rent the car and explore on your own! The city is completely safe! Your only DANGER IS OVER PAYING!!! Back to the resort. In the spa area there is a small gym connected to the spa and inside pool. Equipment is clean and new. The elliptical is the only out of date thing in there. The most fantastic thing about this resort is they have an app you can download! It tells you what time events are happening! It tells you what time the main restaurants are open and it even reminds you of fun things such as yoga outside and where you can grab some delicious ice cream during brunch! Around non there by the beach they serve Turkish pancakes! They are filled with potatoes or cheese. For the sweet tooth in is some pancakes even have cinnamon and butter!! Yum!!!! There are a ton of resorts to pick from in Belek but I would return to this hotel in a heart beat for the type of service I am receiving! On September 22, 2020 I was sexually assaulted in the Spa of the Kaya Palazzo hotel, by their SPA employee Ali. I was so shaken up by this, I did not want to speak to anyone I deleted all my social media and stopped responding to everyone. This man took advantage of his position and the position we were in. I was supposed to get a Turkish massage/bathe followed by a private massage. without getting into much detail, he sexual assaulted me with his hands in my vaginal and anus region. I didn't know what to do I was so scared, I tightened up and I froze. If anyone is familiar with spas, you know you are in a locked room with your Masseuse or masseur. The hotel was relatively empty and from what I remember from coming into the spa, the other rooms were empty and the hallway was dark. I did not know who was around, or where/ which room my cousin was in, which made it even scarier to escape. I had no idea what to do, I was crying and I didn't know what this man had in here to hurt me either. Then he brought his head to my breast and bit my breast, I then asked him to please stop he did and told me he had to finish my facial. I know while he was doing my facial he could feel the tears falling from my eyes. When it was over I asked him to see my cousin and he refused to let me wait for her, I even texted her just in case he tried anything to shut me up or something to let her know that I was scared. luckily when we went to the downstairs area we were not alone another woman appeared. Once my cousin came, I told her we are going to the locker room and that's when I broke down and cried. I couldn't stay there any longer, I told my. cousin to handle the bill I left went to my room and cried for about 45 minuted in the hot shower. I felt so disgusted with myself for letting this happening to me, Ive never experienced something like this before. I have literally travelled all around the world, sometimes solo and have never been in any situation close to this. I was to scared to call the police. It was only me and my cousin (another girl) Half way across the world, in a hotel where they have all my information, Ali works in the Spa he has access to my room number, I was so scared of retaliation. Also, once again we were in a foreign country and many times police are known to be corrupt in these countries, who k nows what wouldve happened to me if I called them, went to their police station and hospital. I kept it to myself until I was leaving for good(the next morning). I inn left the next morning and I told the hotel staff, not suprisingly the hotels first two remarks were 'Why didn't you say something" and "that they were shocked because he worked for the hotel for 7 years" like I really care how long he worked for them, and if that means he cannot commit a crime, and do something wrong. Long story short, they changed from originally "we cannot pick sides" to then "we are on your side completely" and they claimed to be doing a legal matter and firing Ali. Oh, they also decided that I shouldn't pay for the massage where I was sexually assault. Last but not least of course, they tried to get me to sign on paper saying I would not discuss what happened at the hotel on social media. I told them I could not promise that. I really was not going to share my story online, because its embarrassing and its private. None of my friends know, they will probably all be finding out online. But after being told I should be relieved by him being fired, I decided I should. This hotel did not give a crap about me. Fast forward to today, after emailing them numerous times to find out if ALI has actually been fired from the Spa, and to see what legal action they are taking, and to keep me updated, their guest relations manager CANER told me that I should be RELIEVED that he is fired. lol. RELIEVED?! No Caner, I am ruined I do not even want another man to touch me. I didn't sleep for 2 days CANER. CANER I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT WHY THIS MAN DID THIS TO ME. If you see this CANER, NEVER TELL A WOMAN SHE SHOULD BE RELIEVED BECAUSE HER ATTACKER WAS FIRED . I WILL FOREVER HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS, SO NO I WILL NEVER BE RELIEVED CANER. I will never use another spa again, or get another massage. I will never visit Turkey or a Kaya Hotel again. The hotel is big, modern and clean. If u take the glass elevator, u dun c finger prints on the glass. At least not the ones I took. Lol The room is big and u hv balcony. They hv safety box, iron, electric kettle, tea nags, mini fridge. What makes me feel special about this hotel is that they provide one time feminine product, pads. I never seen in other hotel and it's rilli thoughtful. I also like the round shape and open space of the building. They hv rilli nice pools and u can also walk to the beach. Food here is free. Free bar for night snack. Free dessert and coffee and cafe area. Except room service. No matter how much u order is 10 euro.
